não tem funcionários é tudo online, check-in tudo e qualquer problema é resolvido dessa mesma forma o que complica bastante! Fica localizado num bairro meio estranho mas perto da praia então acaba por compensar nesse aspeto. Wi-Fi nunca funcionou e a rede era quase nenhuma

👍 Un séjour très agréable, une équipe à l'écoute !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé : au calme (malgré des travaux dans la rue), proche des commerces, et à 15 minutes à pied de la mer et de la grande place. Le gérant est hyper sympa, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Arrivant de nuit alors que l'accueil était fermé, le check-in autonome préparé à l'avance a été très pratique et efficace.
​Les points positifs : La présence d'un fer à repasser dans la chambre (rare et pratique !). Le système de climatisation payant (où l'on charge le montant que l'on souhaite) est une excellente initiative écologique et le coût reste minime. Sur le conseil du gérant, nous avions mis 10 € et nous ne les avons même pas entièrement utilisés. Petite suggestion : il serait top de pouvoir récupérer le solde non utilisé en fin de séjour.

Cons:

​À améliorer : Une odeur désagréable à l'arrivée dans la chambre (vite dissipée après 30 min d'aération et de clim). Il manquait aussi quelques petits ustensiles dans la cuisine et plusieurs prises ne fonctionnaient pas (notamment les USB-C au lit).
​On sent une vraie volonté de bien faire, nous recommandons cet hôtel avec plaisir !

Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, appena arrivate ci ha regalato dei apribottiglie a portachiavi molto carini. La stanza come in foto e aveva tutto l’essenziale, La posizione non è un granché perché se sei ragazzo e vuoi andare a ballare la sera sei lontano da saint julien quindi dovresti prendere il bolt, invece per le famiglie la consiglio questa zona perché comunque c’é il lungomare e alcuni locali dove mangiare e prendere un drink, quindi come zona non è male.

Cons:

L’unica pecca è che essendo un aparthotel ci aspettavamo che la stanza venisse pulita, almeno solo l’essenziale, invece siamo state 4 giorni senza alcun tipo di pulizia infatti la stanza era in condizioni pietose arrivati all’ultimo giorno. E inoltre il condizionatore era un servizio a parte che dovevi pagare in più se lo volevi accendere.
