Bella la camera e la hall
Molto bello il ristorante e sala colazione, personale molto gentile, disponibile e cortese.
Increscioso e molto fastidioso episodio con la reception.
Avendo già’ pagato alla prenotazione on Line, restavano € 12,00 per la tassa di soggiorno che avrei pagato con il conto ristorante il giorno dopo.
Finita la cena siamo andati in camera e non avevo più accesso alla camera con la chiave elettronica.
Vado nuovamente giù e alla reception mi dicono che era stato bloccato l’accesso perché non risultava pagata la tassa di soggiorno. Inutile dire cosa ho detto all’incaricata della reception. Comportamento da imbecillità .

Большая территория, рядом есть парк, своя бесплатная парковка. Отличные завтраки - шведский стол.
Отличный dog-friendly отель. За собаку берут доплату в 15 евро за ночь, о чем при заселении сразу уведомляют и берут оплату.
Очень чисто, персонал вежливый и ненавязчивый. Гостям доступен спа бесплатно.
Рядом есть супермаркет, в отеле есть ресторан и бар.
До Болонья Фьера 35 минут по платной дороге.
Отдельный бонус - круглосуточная стойка регистрации.
Немного не удобный душ - коротковат, но в целом это не мешает принимать душ.

Praticamente tutto , dalla stanza confortevole e accessoriata, alla colazione varia e anche originale con prodotti di qualità, fino ad arrivare allo staff efficiente e cordiale sempre a nostra disposizione
L'unico appunto è che nel bagno c'era un solo set di asciugamani ( comunque ben fornito) e noi eravamo in 2 . Probabilmente una distrazione , infatti non lo abbiamo fatto presente perché per il breve soggiorno ce li siamo fatti bastare
