Wir waren oft im Arzaga vor der Renovierung. Damals war es ein äusserst symbolisches wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Service. Aufgrund des neuen Konzepts Day Spa ist es völlig mit Badegästen überlaufen, wobei es für Hotelgäste keinen eigenen Bereich gibt. Das Frühstück ist eines 5 Sternehotels nicht angemessen, es gibt mit Ausnahme von Lachs, Schinken, harten Eiern, Gemüse und süssen Sachen keine Auswahl. Die Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, Gäste sitzen im Bademantel herum. Katastrophal das Bistro am Abend. Null Service, ein paar Tappas und wieder volle nicht abgeräumte Tische. Das Zimmer ist schön, Warm- und Kaltwasser funktionierte nicht. In der ersten Nacht hörten wir die Belüftung der Küche. In Summe sehr Schade, dass dieses Hotel seinen Flair verloren hat.

Traumhafte alte Villa in herrlicher Lage

Cons:

Viel zu viele externe Personen die tagsüber im Bademantel überall im Hotel sind - selbst beim Frühstück sitzen die in ihren Bademänteln ! Ein Grund, nicht mehr in das schöne Hotel zu fahren

There is no restaurant in the hotel, the only bistro was with a very small variety of food in the menu, something like Tapas menu. But the raste of all the dishes was horrible and far away from the Spanish cuisine!

Tutto meraviglioso e pieno di comfort sia nelle stanza che nella spa. Mentre cammini all’interno della struttura c’è un meraviglioso odore che avvolge.
Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
Siamo rimaste piacevolmente sorprese sia dalla colazione che dall’aperitivo pomeridiano.
La spa è decisamente la più bella che io abbia mai visto!

Cons:

Data la qualità e la bellezza del posto mi aspettavo una cena migliore al ristorante interno.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto Tutto moltissimo , dalla area spa alla camerale tutto stupendo

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non consentissero di utilizzare la spa anche dopo il check out , come avviene per altro sia nel QC di Roma , sia nel QC di Pre Saint Didier . Sarebbe carino e cortese lasciare che gli ospiti dell’ albergo che hanno pagato anche per la spa potessero usufruirne finché non vanno via .

Good only for a day or two maximum.

- wonderful location
- spa facilities are very modern (hotel opened in 2022) and stylish
- breakfasts & lunches
- reception staff who addressed our difficulties in the most professional way

Cons:

- we initially booked comfort room, but had to ask to change it because there was only one small window facing outside pools. So no fresh air, no quietness, no relax. We stayed 5 nights and absence of good sleep was not an option.
- restaurant staff was not friendly
- room cleaning was strange. One day they forgot to take the rubbish, other day forgot to change half of the towel (got dirty ones and didn’t bring clean ones).
