Très déçue : trop d'écarts entre des points positifs et négatifs
Pros:

le spa est très bien et le golf n'est pas exceptionnel mais pas mal

Cons:

Petit déjeuner moyen - pas de pain frais les jus de fruits sont totalement chimiques - les oeufs brouillés secs.
il n'y a pas de vrai piscine et les petits bassins sont très chauds.
Il n'y a aucune possibilité de se restaurer dans la journée ni d'acheter des boissons !!! Dommage quand on est près du bassin et qu'il fait chaud.
Il faut attendre 18 heures pour accèder au bar et encore ! sur réservation

Schönes Ambiente, sehr schöne Anlage

Cons:

Das Personal ist von unaufmerksam bis unfreundlich. Es gibt zuwenig Handtücher im Zimmer und auch keine Kosmetiktücher, entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard bei dieser Kategorie von Hotel

Kein Urlaub mit Erholungs- und Wohlfühlcharakter - nicht empfehlenswert

Die Lage allgemein und speziell zum Golfplatz; eine Dame der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich

Cons:

Extrem viele externe (zu viele) Spa-Gäste, praktisch keine privacy als Hotelgast; food&beverage eines 5-Stern-Hotels nicht würdig; kein pool ausschliesslich für Hotelgäste,; Frühstück ok, aber die Bestellung z.B. eines Spiegelei wird extra verrechnet

Pros:

Su tutto la SPA. Eccezionale. Poi ovviamente struttura, contesto, personale.

Cons:

Da un 5 stelle mi aspetterei pranzi e cene più di livello e Sky nelle camere (almeno nelle superior) o almeno delle Smart tv con Netflix, Prime, etc.
