Please note that full payment is required upon arrival.

From 2 December 2024, public bath business hours are:
- Available for women from 15:00–20:00
- Available for men from 20:30–10:00

Please note that the sauna is closed from 01:00 until 05:00.

Male and female guests use the public bath on a rotational basis everyday.

When sending packages and luggage to the property, please write the booking number and guest name used to make the reservation on the packing slip. Mail without the above information may not be accepted by the property.

Renovation work of the sauna will be carried out from 02/02/26 (10:00) to 09/02/26 (15:00).
Please note that during the period, the sauna facility is unavailable.
Please note that the women's large bath is open from 18:00 until 20:00 and the men's large bath is open from 20:30 until 10:00 the next morning, during the period.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

廊下が暗いのと、チェックインの時に説明が何もない。
夜鳴きそばはどこにあったのかな？お風呂も大きいのにはいりたかったなあ。

Disappointed and felt robbed.
Pros:

Only the natural onsen although women only got few hours in afternoon time only.

Cons:

The onsen mainly was for male guests only. Women time was only few hours in afternoon . Men got the evening and the mornings.

Pros:

スタッフの方が困ってるときに臨機応変に対応してくださいました。

Cons:

大浴場がひとつしかないので、男女入れ替わりでした。女性は15:00-20:00なので、チェックインのあとにお出かけしてしまうと女性は大浴場が楽しめません。そこが少し残念です。

Pros:

Location is a plus being in between 2 train lines. Lots of good eats on the main road just minutes away. Very close to Shibuya crossing and its attractions.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Everything was exceptional

Pros:

Onsen super piacevole dopo una giornata intera in giro per la città’, posizione comodissima a un km a piedi dall’incrocio di Shibuya,piccola colazione free inclusa nel soggiorno molto apprezzata, lavanderia comodissima per riportare i panni puliti a casa.
