また泊まりたいと思います！
Pros:

スカイツリーが見える部屋だったので夜のライトアップでは子供も楽しんでいました。またロッテならではの朝食(というよりお菓子ですが笑)にも大満足！ビュッフェは品数こそ多くないもののどれもこだわりの品々でとても美味しくいただけました。
0歳が一緒に宿泊しており、トリプルルームにベビーベッドを依頼しましたが、｢ベビーベッドが大きいため入れられないですが、料金あがりますが○○の部屋はいかがでしょうか？｣と事前にとても丁寧にご案内いただきました。
女性のみスキンケアセットをいただくことができました。

Cons:

ベッドスペースとバストイレスペースとを仕切るロールスクリーンがあるのですが、あれが遮光だったらよかったです。ないよりはよかったのですが…。今回は1人だけ夜に外出をしていたので、子供を起こさないようにと灯りもつけれず…。またお風呂場のドアの開閉音が大きかったです。
大人2人、子供2人で宿泊しましたがタオルが3枚しか用意がなく少し残念でした。

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful, good mandate of English so easy to communicate. Location very convenient.

Cons:

It's understandable fee may occur for overnight luggages, but It's the first time I encounter a hotel that charges guests for luggage storage on the day of checkout (as of 2PM), seems quite stingy. The decor is also a bit worn out.

Pros:

Eu amei absolutamente tudo! Limpeza, comodidade, a localização, a cordialidade dos funcionários..

Cons:

Única coisa que é algo normal em Tóquio: o tamanho do quarto. Mesmo nossa cama sendo queen e deliciosa, falta um pouquinho mais de espaço para circular e para as malas. Mas isso não diminuiu o quanto amamos!

Pros:

Bed and pillow were comfortable. Very convenient location, just 2 mins walk right outside exit North.
A big business desk you can work on.

Cons:

They charge ¥1000 for keeping luggage if couldn’t pick up before 2pm. Never had such experience at any other hotels if only keeping luggage for the day.
there is no bathroom door in single room.
