Die gute Lage mitten in der Stadt.Service war gut...Betten jeden Tag gemacht und frische Handtücher tgl.

Small Room ist zwar okay,aber in so einem Loch bzw Souterrain schrecklich.Nachts war das Zimmer super warm.Man konnte kein Fenster aufmachen,das ging zu einem Hinterhof,wo es saudreckig war.Tresor funktionierte nicht,Wasserkocher verkalkt Also diesmal war es leider eine schlechte Entscheidung mit dem Hotel.Auch soviel Geld für so ein Ambiente Schade

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Quentin Canal House.

We booked two rooms for €1200 for two nights expecting a comfortable and decent stay based on the photos shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different.

The rooms were extremely small — far below what is shown in the listing — and the beds were incredibly tiny, not even suitable for a child. The space felt cramped, uncomfortable, and honestly closer to a hostel-level setup than a hotel charging these prices.

The most frustrating part is how misleading the photos are. The images on Booking.com suggest spacious rooms with proper beds, but the reality is the complete opposite. This is not a minor difference — it’s a clear misrepresentation.

When we raised this issue with the hotel staff, they were unhelpful and refused any refund or solution. We were left with no choice but to book another hotel at our own expense.

For €1200, this is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless you are prepared for a very disappointing surprise.
