Bathroom shower could be better. The bathroom door only latches from inside. Apart from these two other things were excellent.

Posizione ottima sulla spiaggia, ambiente complessivo e spazi comuni molto gradevoli, piscina piccola ma funzionale. Letti comodi.

Cons:

Con la struttura praticamente vuota ci è stata assegnata una camera molto piccola, mal tenuta (infissi e sanitari e mobilio vecchi), finestra del bagno inesistente (presente solo una zanzariera), camera sporca (specchio in bagno con un dito di polvere sopra, zanzariere e cuscini sporchi).
Per non parlare della inesistente gestione dei procioni (non ci è stato possibile sfruttare il terrazzino per l'invadenza di un branco di procioni molto insistenti)

Für mich war das Hotel perfekt. Die direkte Strandlage, den ganzen Tag barfuss laufen, die chillige Atmosphäre, ich mochte das sehr. Ich habe jeden Tag am Strand den Sonnenaufgang verfolgt, meinen ersten Kaffe hab ich im Zimmer gekocht und dann am Strand getrunken. Mit dem Collektivo kommt man schnell und günstig in die Stadt. Allerdings darf man sich nicht auf feste Zeiten versteifen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist überall sehr sauber.

Cons:

Mir fällt mir nichts Negatives ein. Die Beschreibung des Hotels fand ich sehr zutreffend. Ich wusste, was mich erwartet und bin nicht enttäuscht worden. Vielen Dank an das fleissige Personal...

Pros:

Notre chambre à l’étage et du balcon avec une vue mer.la propreté la décoration ,l’eau à disposition.

Cons:

Les algues sur la plage de plus en plus nombreuses et dans la mer .L’hôtel n’en ramasse pas du tout.
En trois jours nous avons vu la quantité devenir énorme.

Wybraliśmy ten hotel głównie dla lokalizacji - przy samej plaży. Niestety obiekt w ogóle nie dba o plażę, która według opisu na bookingu, jest prywatna. Zgodnie z zapewnieniami obiektu, plaża jest codziennie sprzątana - to nieprawda, algi zalegają na brzegu, gniją i wydzielają smród, którego nie da się znieść ani na tarasie, ani na plaży (nawet jeśli komuś nie zależy na kąpieli w morzu). W razie problemów: manager obiektu nie mówi po angielsku i unika rozmów z gośćmi, zrzucając trudne sytuacje na personel, który nie jest decyzyjny. Przykre, bo wiele miejsc radzi sobie z sargassum, jest to naturalne zjawisko, jednak ten hotel nie robi kompletnie nic, żeby umożliwić gościom korzystanie z uroków obiektu.

this is a very cozy easy place to stay.
Pros:

It is a very cozy peaceful place. Very simple but had all I needed. The staff were wonderful.I rented a bike while I was there and was able to ride into town and to the cenotes very easily.

Pros:

Good location, close to restaurants, not a long distance from main attractions in Tulum. Walking distance from 7Eleven. Access to the beach from hotel and atmosphere was very good. It was also close to the dive shop we chose. Staff were friendly and helped us in whatever way they can.

Cons:

The only thing I can fault here is the prices for food (both for breakfast, lunch or dinner) were a bit high compared to other dining options in the vicinity. Size of the room a bit small, and even smaller when considering we had 4 luggages.

Design and location of the hotel ! Almost private little beach & exceptional food service by super friendly staff Jorge and Gustavo ! Receptionist Gabriel was very helpful and organised us a super excursion as well !

I suggest to upgrade the room - for more space and light, we had economy room for three nights ! Window opening - airing the rooms. But overall - all good !
