I believe the hotel can improve on cleaning in rooms to reach the level of excellence.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. A variety of food was provided during breakfast, and I was afforded an opportunity to choose fish, since I do not eat any meat or pork. I really appreciate it. Thank you to the chef, and keep it up.

Not really worth the price
Pros:

The overall location was good . The security guard was the friendliest of them all

Cons:

Rooms were very outdated, parking bays were so small. There was a cockroach in the espresso machine during breakfast time. I couldn’t even finish eating. I notified the staff members who simply removed the expresso machine

i was robbed i paid for a family room and got a single room

Cons:

The Housekeeping service.
They came at first, I then asked them to come back later...later on I tried calling but couldn't reach them Until I left the room since I was in a hurry.
The aircon was not working.
So imagine my room not being clean..plus I just took a shower..it was all stuffy when you'd come in.

Comfortable rooms yet could do with improvements
Pros:

The staff was really welcoming ,friendly and helpful ...the room was very clean, it was on the 6th floor so it was quite... was able to work at night without any noise enteruptions

Cons:

My room was quite cold I asked assistance with aircon and we both had to figure it out without any luck cos their maitainance guy had already knocked off.The breakfast buffet could do with more options its not nice at all and in the evenings I mostly ordered from the menu instead of the buffet as it did not have appetizing options otherwise their regular menu is ok I enjoyed the mutton stew they need to do better in this department though

Value for Money in a Safe Pretoria Neighbourhood
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean rooms with a mini-fridge.

Cons:

The charging ports didnt make provision for two points charging, but the hotel "rents out" adapters luckilly.

Great short break location and perfect for the rugby!
Pros:

Great for the rugby, shopping near by also good.

Cons:

Bathroom very small. Communication for rugby pickup bus was poor ( we did phone) and had to get a taxi back to hotel
