Upgrade your Aircon system and re-design your bathroom
Pros:

The friendly staff, restaurant and the room

Cons:

The bathroom is too tiny and I always find hair in there and the Aircondition doesn’t work so well

The internet was fast. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The location itself was disappointing. The exterior signage was falling off, which created a poor first impression upon arrival. We were initially allocated rooms by the receptionist which did not have towels and was not what we booked. Unfortunately, the wall plugs in the newly assigned rooms were also faulty.

In addition, we suspected there may have been rodents in the walls due to noises we heard during our stay. While the rooms were generally clean and tidy, the furniture appeared worn out. Overall, the property would benefit from improved maintenance and attention to detail.

The Hotel was well appointed the staff for exceptionally friendly. You could walk across the road to Smauel shopping centre or down the road to some pubs and restaurants. I’m not used to South Africa or Pretoria so I felt a bit uneasy but Gym I think it was quite safe

Pros:

I liked the bed, it was really comfortable

Cons:

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, I had to wait. Then there were blood stains on the bed sheet. I called reception to come help, they sent someone to change the sheets

Pleasant stay in Hatfield
Pros:

Walking distance from the Gautrain station. Located in a relatively safe area with plenty of fast food places, bars and shops around. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air-conditioner in my room was quite noisy bu not much to complain about.
