Not the best
Pros:

I could rest there was this banging noise by my door.Left to go report, the noise was not taken seriously, and if it was scary cause i was alone.Came back to be locked outside my room had to go back and report it and it was a struggle opening it again.

Cons:

Nothing much.Literally next to a club

Very Disappointing.

Location and off-road parking availability

Cons:

Room 518 - not sure if other rooms affected. Aircon remote was faulty, aircon had a high pitched whistling sound (old and fins all broken or jammed open). The window from the room did not close fully so the noise from the club adjacent to the hotel was very loud. Fould smell emanating from the shower drain, so had to run the bathroom extractor constantly - even room service/housekeeping left it on deliberately. Poor upkeep & too much money for that kind of accommodation. At that price one can do far better in Hatfield. Very disappointed.

Pros:

Cons:

We have requested a baby cot. They promised to bring it, but never did until the following day. For the price we pay; naaah it is a small rooms; we were really disappointed.

Our stay was as beautiful
Pros:

The hotel reception staff both on our arrival and departure time were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as we my sister enjoyed so much

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that a breakfast package you need to book a night before. When you wake up. You might feel not feel well, women have morning sick and might not be be able to eat right away. Tell the restaurant supervisor that I’m grateful 😘

Perfect for a night or two if you need to be in the area. Friendly staff and good food.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help. Morning breakfast and evening buffet were good.

Cons:

Older rooms on one side of the hotel need upgrading. Very noisy area especially on the side where there is a night club.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, easy access to location visited, ample parking

Cons:

Missing furniture in room, aircon was not working optimally and set in Fahrenheit, club next door was pumping music till 02:00 with an upcoming event the next day wasnt ideal, broken items in room. Gym hotel uses closes at 15:00 which we werent told about when picking up access cards.

Great country with friendly people
Pros:

Great breakfast and bed

Cons:

Booking without visacard is not possible. It is better if the hotel creates a system or option for online booking without visacard for visitors from developing countries

Location for me was ideal

Cons:

Unfortunately very disappointing that being a marriot brand it was dirty
The window was broken in my room it should not close properly and the aircorn was so filthy and old
The stay was a very eerie feeling
Totally not worth the money i paid for my stay
Definitely not going back to stay there

the meals were great, breakfast, and dinner. the staff also are friendly especially those in the restaurant. however, the staff during breakfast times were cold and looked unhappy for whatever reason
