Nice and lovely place to stay at.
Pros:

The location is well centred located.

Cons:

There is a good mix of facilities in terms of shops, eating and entertainment. It also appears to be quite a safe place.

Generally my stay at Protea Hotel was a good one and enjoyable
Pros:

The Breakfast was very delicious with variety of foods and a balanced diet
The rooms and the bathrooms were always well cleaned
The lifts made our lives much easier
The staff are so welcoming and so helpful
WIFI in the rooms make our lives easier

Cons:

Not finding bins where to drop pads in the bathrooms
Not finding slippers/sandals in the bathroom
The shower mixers are not easily used especially by the female visitors. They only have stand showers and not the ones that can be easily spread around the whole body and parts.

My stay was fair
Pros:

Location, quietness and ambience.

My only issue is the late cleaning of rooms. If this improves, the facility will be excellent.

IT WAS A NICE STAY AT THE HOTEL AND WOULD WISH TO BE BACK IN FUTURE
Pros:

BREAK FAST WAS WELL PREPARED IN TIME, ROOM CLEANED AND SECURITY WAS GOOD.

Cons:

THE ROOM CLEANER WOULD FORGET TO REPLACE THE BATH MAT AND BIN BAG THUS I HAD TO INFORM THE RECEPTIONIST EVERY DAY.

Firstly I was booked in a budget room 6th floor when I asked to move I was put in a beautiful room, luckily I asked for room change. Price was the same.
