Amazing location, historical building and comfortable bed 🩵
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, great location, help with parking and also we asked for late checkout and it was kindly accepted

Also very comfortable bed!

Cons:

Some of employees were not that friendly, we asked for a room service and it was not efficient.
Can’t recommend food and restaurant of the hotel.

A Spectacularly Beautiful Heritage Hotel
Pros:

This is a very special hotel. The space is spectacular, the room comfortable and beautifully decorated, the bathroom immaculate and spacious and luxurious. Checking in was smooth - our car was parked for us right in front of the hotel - our room's view over the city interesting and expansive. We were traveling with our young adult son and our room with two double beds was plenty roomy. We had romantic drinks and dessert in the hotel restaurant overlooking Ankara. Our breakfast was sunny and yummy and the service was graceful. We fell out of the hotel into the spectacular Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. The castle is across the street. The winding hilltop streets are quaint. We had a very tasty snack down the street from the hotel.

Pros:

It’s a bit on the old-fashioned side but really comfy. Staff is exceptionally helpful: extra room-cleaning off-hours, additional free water supplied etc etc

Cons:

They didn’t give us the free room upgrade that Genius promised but our room was still spacious, comfortable and quiet. Not a big deal.

Luxus trifft Tradition
Pros:

Die Lage auf dem Berg und den kleinen Läden sowie der Burg vor der Tür macht den Aufenthalt sehr besonders. Der freie Eintritt (durch den Aufenthalt im Divan Hotel) in das Koc Museum ist natürlich ein sehr angenehm und lohnenswert. Man zeigt einfach nur den Zimmerschlüssel (Museum ist neben an/ mehrere Stockwerke).

Cons:

Die Wände sind super dünn, d.h. ich hatte das Gefühl, dass das schreiende Kind im Zimmer neben an, neben mir lag.

An absolutely amazing and spacious hotel with superb design, making for a near-perfect stay.
Pros:

Amazing hotel! The interior design is superb and the room is incredibly spacious. The Buddha statue in the room was a bit cringe for my personal taste, but other than that, everything was perfect. The bathroom is fantastic and I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Best hotel we have stayed in Turkey, perfect in every way - location, comfort and professionalism
Pros:

Perfect location for the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations (One of the best museums we have ever visited) and Hamamonu. Hotel was close to many places to eat, we loved the local kebab house. The Ankara Castle was a disappointment as it was full of souvenir shops, although the castle itself was more interesting and the views across Ankara were spectacular. Would recommend this hotel, for the ambiance, fragrance, breakfast and obliging staff, would definitely stay there again

Pros:

Отель Divan Cukurhan - это отреставрированный османский караван-сарай XVI века. Находится напротив входа в Крепость Анкары. Имеет внутренний дворик. Очень атмосферный. Не похож на обычные сетевые отели. Но по качеству услуг ничуть не уступает знаменитым сетевикам высшего класса. Чисто. Все необходимое есть (чайный набор, косметический набор, в душе помимо геля, шампуня и кондиционера - есть мочалочка, что очень приятное добавление). Завтраки - не шведский стол, что не очень для меня, но здесь было вполне комфортно. Если доведется еще раз побывать в Анкаре - скорее всего остановлюсь здесь же.
