It added more stress to a stressful day.
Cons:

I didn’t know anything about a deposit being required. I was alone on a on nights stay trip to take a huge test early the next morning. I had money on my phone but no cards and ended up having a hard time getting into the room I paid for in advance. The front desk receptionist had a very not so caring attitude when I was trying to figure out what I could do. She basically gave no help and said I should probably call the number on the booking site for help. When I did… she was the person that answered the phone. I have a very stressful night leading up to my test. Lastly when I finally did get up to my room it smelled of mildew. I refused to fight because it was 11 pm and I was 3 hrs from home 😭
