Pros:

Läget var bra.Frukosten var bra och kunde erbjuda glutenfritt bröd.

Cons:

Det var alldeles för varmt och sängen kändes plastig. Det saknades duschhandduk till oss båda. När jag frågade efter en handduk var det nonchalant bemötande från personalen.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad mondern. Das Bett gut

Cons:

Die Kissen sind zu weich und aus der Regendusche kam nicht ausreichend Wasser heraus

Centrally located with easy walking to most sites.
Pros:

Great location. Easy access/walkable to Brandenburg Gates. Tram line right outside hotel & taxis Park outside as well. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from.

Cons:

Fridge in room not working. Asked for it to be fixed as hubby had medication to be stored. After 2 days of it not being fixed had to take medication to reception to be stored! Light over desk didn't work either! Carpet rather stained. Rooms need a complete overhaul!

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del metro Alexanderplatz. Personal muy amable e instalaciones agradables. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado y queda sobre una avenida principal, de modo que si se abren las ventanas el ruido es insoportable, y si se cierran el calor en la habitación es insoportable.

Televisor viejo y poco funcional, sin SmartTV, sólo canales alemanes. El baño de la habitación tiene apenas una puerta de vidrio que no brinda nada de privacidad, es muy vergonzoso hacer necesidades con alguien más en la habitación pues se escucha todo.

El gimnasio está muy poco dotado, es muy poco útil.
