According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small dog with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests traveling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details.

Escolhi este hotel acreditando que seria um dos melhores, mas infelizmente a experiência foi bastante decepcionante.
Assim que chegamos ao quarto, sentimos um forte cheiro de esgoto. Fizemos a reclamação, porém a única solução oferecida foi borrifar um aromatizante para mascarar o odor. Em nenhum momento nos deram a opção de trocar de quarto.
Além disso, a ducha do banheiro estava em más condições e o registro ficava caindo, demonstrando falta de manutenção.
Pelo valor cobrado pela hospedagem, esperava muito mais em termos de conforto, qualidade e atendimento. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.

Achei os colaboradores da recepção muito apáticos e frios, talvez mereçam treinamento quanto a melhor disposição e satisfação para atender os hóspedes.
