Important information:

Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the spa facilities daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and when accompanied by an adult.

The access to the Vidago Spa Circuit (Vitality Pool, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Hammam, two Experience Showers, Ice Fountain and Gym) have cost of 10.00 EUR per Adult, per day.
Children with between 03 and 16 years pay 5 EUR per child, per day.

Beautiful hotel, surround and golf course.
Pros:

Its an absolutely beautiful location, the golf course and grounds are stunning.

Cons:

The staff don't really make any effort to be friendly, hospital or warm. You get the feeling they are just 'doing their job' and wouldn't go out of the way or above and beyond for any reason. This was a dissapointing aspect of the stay, particularly given the price point, we expected more from them. Also, make sure to check if the restaturant needs to be booked, as they don't tell you that on check-in and when you go it can be booked out.

La comida y parte de los empleados. Algunos de recepcion, todas las chicas del bar y la señora que limpiaba la habitacion.

Cons:

No es un 5 estrellas. Cuantos mas años se necesita mas mantenimiento. Habitaciones pequeñas y sin las comodidades de un hotel de esa categoria. No es clasico es viejo. Camas pequeñas almohadas incomodas y ni una cafetera ni hervidor en la habitacion.

Hotel y entorno espectaculares.
Pros:

Es una maravilla de hotel, una maravilla de parque que lo rodea. El edificio, la decoración, las habitaciones, piscinas, jardines, todo está super cuidado, bonito y limpio. El personal muy amable y todos hablan perfecto español o inglés o lo que quieras. No tienes que salir del recinto, te puedes pasar perfectamente una semana allí solo disfrutando del hotel y recorriendo el parque por las magníficas rutas que hay con lagos, arboles de todo tipo, campo de Golf, etc. La comida rica en cualquiera de los bares que pidas, y en el Lobby Bar preparan un Pisco Souer espectacular!

Cons:

Aunque era de calidad y abundante, el desayuno era poco variado, cuando ya llevas cuatro o cinco días alli y es siempre los mismos productos cansa un poco. Aunque repito, todo estaba muy rico. En el Spa deberían controlar que los niños no usen las piscinas como piscina recreativa. Una tarde no pudimos usar la piscina de chorros porque había una familia con niños acaparandola, los niños saltando desde fuera, gritando, sin gorros, etc, que está muy bien eso, pero en la piscina exterior, no en una piscina de un spa que se supone para relajarse. Y ellos no tienen la culpa, debería haber normas de uso y personal del hotel controlando que se cumplan.
