Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the spa facilities daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and when accompanied by an adult.
The access to the Vidago Spa Circuit (Vitality Pool, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Hammam, two Experience Showers, Ice Fountain and Gym) have cost of 10.00 EUR per Adult, per day.
Children with between 03 and 16 years pay 5 EUR per child, per day.
Please note that pets are only accepted in Superior (Garden rooms). Only one pet per room is accepted and for the extra fee of 60 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed to access the public areas of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Da decoração e conforto, simpatia no atendimento, muitas zonas e ambientes diferentes para as refeições e conviver. Um bom Spa. Optimo passeio no parque.

Ter mais espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina.
O pão, no pequeno almoço, ainda estar quente, ou estaladiço.
A água do lago, que está no jardim, junto do centro de congressos, deveria ser tratada.
Icónico edifício. Soberba arquitetura de poderosa monumentalidade. Lindíssima e luxuosa decoração. Salas lindíssimas
Ambiente bucólico com extensos percursos pedonais entre frondosos jardins e Bosques românticos. Campos de golfe pristinos.
Excelente spa, com muito boa piscina vitality e piscina exterior. Muito bom banho turco.
Muito perto da maravilhosa cidade de Chaves, com as suas termas muito bem recuperadas.

Simplesmente fenomenal. Hotel luxuoso, com uma envolvente deslumbrante. Funcionários simpáticos, sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Gostei muito do quarto, espaçoso, com uma bonita casa de banho. O miminho todas as noite antes de deitar foi muito bom!
Pequeno almoço muito diversificado, no fabuloso jardim de inverno. A piscina é impecável, sempre limpa, com espreguiçadeiras super confortáveis. O spa é fenomenal, com o jacuzzi no exterior. Certamente, a repetir!
O hotel é simplesmente fenomenal, mesmo assim, penso que existem algumas coisas que poderiam ser ainda melhores:
- o pão do pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor;
- também penso que deveria existir mais algum tipo de chá preto para além de English breakfast ao pequeno almoço;
- a zona das espreguiçadeiras junto ao vidro da piscina interior, e o pequeno quadrado com espreguiçadeiras junto ao bar da piscina devia ser limpo... É claro que temos mata e árvores em volta, mas os restantes espaços estavam limpos e estes não.
Mesmo assim, considero que o hotel vale mesmo a pena :)

Desayuno variado y de excelente calidad. El personal muy atento y profesional en todo momento. La habitación muy bien aunque un poco justa para estar tres personas con comodidad. El entorno muy cuidado. Hotel perfecto para desconectar y sentirse mimado.
Vidago was a phenomenal place to visit and we fully enjoyed our experience. The room was incredible, especially the design of it which was perfect. Secondly the service and food was top notch. From the start we felt really welcome and taken care of. In the restaurant we decided to share two dishes and got them served as two main courses, which really elevated the experience. My girlfriend love all of it and did not want to leave.
The only thing that I can give some feedback on is the layout of the Spa. Compared to the main hotel the spa was built using modernist principles which made it cold, low ceilings, black chairs (heat during the sun and hence not appropriate), and barren. This is 100% down to the design of the spa and they should get another classical arhictect to redesign it to make it pleasant. The staff was super nice and inviting though and it was well kept.

Our stay at Vidago Palace was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel welcomed with their warmth and attention to detail. The hotel itself is stunning, combining elegance and comfort while over looking breath taking grounds. We cannot recommend the Palace enough and look forward to returning one day.

Le personnel pour découvrir la source d eau naturelle, un peu abrupte avec nous.
La chambre avec terrasse reste sombre jusque fin d'après-midi.
La terrasse n'était pas nettoyée donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Cela reste une fausse note pour cet hotel.
La ville nest pas pas fantastique.
