Não tinha Internet, n tem um interfone p falar c a recepção, perguntei pelo WhatsApp sobre a lenha da lareira n responderam, voltei da cidade passei na recepção p perg, fui informada q eles vendem mas tinha acabado que eu devia comprar na cidade ( a cidade 6km do hotel )

Não gostei de ver minha esposa e filha dormir dentro do carro pois o cartão não desbloqueou a porta.
Segundo ponto.
Não obtive nenhuma resposta sobre um ressarcimento por conta do constrangimento de passar a noite com fome , frio e sem poder tomar banho.

Um instalação desse porte não ter uma pessoa para atender os hóspedes em uma situação de emergência..
