Purtroppo ha bisogno di essere ristrutturato, è una struttura un pò vecchiotta. Anche l'insonorizzazione non funziona molto, la notte si è svegliati dalle persone che passano nel corridoio e soprattutto dalle persone che tirano lo sciacquone al piano superiore e alle stanze affianco
