Az első szobában amit kaptunk a kilincs el volt törve, és majdnem bent ragadtunk. A légkondicionáló rendkívül hangos volt, és alig működött, ezért egy másik szobát kértünk. A második szoba a konyha személyzeti bejáratára és a kukatárolókra nézett, így reggel a dolgozók és a kukák mozgatása keltünk.

A legnagyobb csalódást azonban a reggeli és a személyzet jelentette. A kávé és a tea nincs szabadon elérhető, külön kell kérni, erről azonban semmilyen tájékoztatás nincs. Senki nem köszönt, nem mosolygott, nem kérdezte meg, szeretnénk-e valamit vagy tudnak-e segíteni. Az idősebb reggeliztető hölgy az olasz vendégekkel nagyon kedves és közvetlen volt, velünk viszont két alkalommal is teljesen közömbösen viselkedett.

Érkezéskor a recepció kedvesen felajánlotta, hogy ihatunk egy kávét, de ez végül nem valósult meg, mert nem volt hozzá pohár, így erről is le kellett mondanunk.

A reggeliző személyzet gyakorlatilag egyáltalán nem beszél angolul, vagy nem igazán próbál kommunikálni a külföldi vendégekkel.
