Would not have booked a room knowing the noise from the adjacent roadway.
Pros:

On site restaurant was excellent. Restaurant staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Reception personnel not particularly friendly or helpful. The room was adjacent to a very busy road which was very loud & noisy from passing trucks, cars, and motorcycles.

Pros:

Simply a Magical Place, from the beauty of the hotel to the surrounding mountains . From all on the Culinary staff to the Chefs wonderful presentations, A plus plus. Enza in Reception, Agostino and Louisa in Waitstaff were just a few name that stayed with my memory on a staff that was exemplary. The young man who took care of the fabulous pool and drinks to keep us hydrated, Birra in my case, was working always with a smile. All in all a WONDERFUL Resort Hotel with an Exceptional staff.

Best quality close by Palermo’s airport
Pros:

Best option close by Palermo airport. Staff professional and friendly. Very good restaurant. Rooms are big, comfortable and very well cleaned.

Cons:

A bit expensive for stop overs when you don’t enjoy the hotel facilities.

Pros:

Un très bel hôtel à proximité de l aéroport de Palerme (15 mn en voiture). Idéal pour passer un dernier jour de voyage en Sicile dans le superbe jardin de l hôtel autour de la belle piscine

Good clean rooms, but very limited food and remote location!
Pros:

The rooms at this hotel are nice, spacious and well equipped. We found our room to be very clean and housekeeping was great and efficient each day. The pool is also lovely and quite peaceful as the hotel was in a fairly remote location. Room service food was great and breakfast also good.

Cons:

This hotel is really quite unusual. It seems that they cater their business to conferencing/business people and airline crew, and almost seemed surprised to have guests who were just on holiday. It is in a fairly remote location near the airport with the main town centre a 30 minute walk away which is ok but in the summer heat it’s not the easiest! The main menu food is delicious but it is quite high end/fine dining and expensive, which is unusual for a hotel, especially in a location like this where there aren’t any other options at all. It’s the same menu at lunch and dinner with a very short serving window at lunchtime - it felt quite rushed and restrictive, plus service was slow.
For the price point of the hotel I also would’ve expected nicer pool sunbeds rather than the thin uncomfortable ones.
Lastly unfortunately due to the tiled floors in all rooms, the soundproofing is terrible and if you’re in a ground floor room like we were, you will hear footsteps and furniture moving constantly.

Welcoming resort, well appointed rooms, with good breakfast
Pros:

Very convenient to Palermo Airport. Well appointed rooms. Wide range of food at breakfast, which was included in tariff

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was open late to accommodate our arrival (good), but the meal was slow coming and the Linguini with prawns had half a prawn only!

Sehr große Zimmer, freundliches Personal, schöne Hotelanlage, Strand fußläufig erreichbar, Frühstücks schmackhaft und vielfältig.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksservice war wenig aufmerksam. Oft fehlte etwas, was jedoch auf Nachfrage schnell aufgefüllt wurde. Am Schreibtisch gab es keinerlei Steckdose. Hotel-Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen, die Portionen sind winzig, die Preise hoch und der Geschmack ist maximal mittelmäßig.
