Agréable séjour
Pros:

L’amabilité du personnel, petit déjeuner copieux, la piscine, l’emplacement de la chambre avec vue sur la campagne Toscane, le restaurant à proximité, l’endroit est paisible et c’est très agréable

Cons:

Il serait bien que la douche soit nettoyée dans la partie basse, des traces de moisissures nauséabondes, c’est dommage… À 1000€ la semaine, je pense que ça ne devrait pas arriver.

Beautiful interiors, but severely lacking in hospitality, management, and value
Pros:

The decor was visually appealing and tasteful. Instead of the typical heavy, overly decorated Tuscan style with overwhelming colors, the aesthetic was much lighter and featured beautiful hand-painted walls.

Cons:

Despite the nice design, the stay felt completely careless and devoid of warmth. The check-in experience was unacceptable; the staff member barely greeted us or spoke. While language barriers exist, basic welcoming hospitality is essential for international guests. We were given no tour of the property and only discovered an on-site restaurant by accident after three days.
Staff turned over daily with no consistency, and almost no one spoke basic English. Only one staff member showed any genuine Italian warmth. The room details reinforced this lack of care:
In-room information: Cheap, laminated paper filled with rules and restrictions rather than welcoming notes, accompanied by non-functioning QR codes.
Amenities: Bare minimum (just soap and shower gel). A half-empty amenity box from a completely different hotel was left in the bathroom and never restocked.
Housekeeping: Sloppy. The flimsy, worn door sign didn't hang properly, and when we finally got it to stay on "Do Not Disturb," housekeeping ignored it entirely while we were in work meetings. Fresh towels were tossed randomly instead of being hung.
Privacy is minimal. The property is quite small yet crowded, meaning tables at the bistro and loungers at the pool are packed tightly together, leaving no personal space. Pictures and the use of "resort" in the name are misleading—this is a small guesthouse, not a professional resort. Given the mediocre, overpriced restaurant and the overall lack of service quality, the price tag is completely unjustified.

Posto molto bello e curato un pò sotto le aspettative
Pros:

La bellezza e la pace del posto con spazi molto curati con ottimo gusto. La piscina molto bella e la colazione varia anche se sul salato mancava qualcosa.
Camera panoramica e ampia climatizzata molto bene col raffreddamento a pavimento

Cons:

Purtroppo lo staff non è stato, come cortesia e accoglienza, all'altezza delle potenzialità del posto e del prezzo pagato con risposte un pò frettolose e poco "friendly". Le rondini nella scala d'ingresso delle camere, se pur simpatiche e con una bella storia raccontata, rischiano di essere un pò fastidiose. La privacy della nostra camera un pò compromessa dalla immediata vicinanza e visibilità dalla zona tavolini sottostante le finestre

Resort in stile toscano - consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Resort molto bello immerso nella natura. Ho avuto modo di provare alcuni servizi (colazione,cena, piscina) e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, sopratutto per la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Ho apprezzato molto anche il rispetto per il silenzio del relax.

Cons:

Niente che possa condizionare il giudizio favorevole della mia esperienza: al massimo alcune “cose” in termini di gestione delle manutenzioni ordinarie che alcune parti richiedevano.

The restaurant and outdoor pool is lovely

Cons:

For a “4 star” hotel , the property was not up to that level. It is very dated inside and although clean, felt very humid and damp when we arrived. The closets smelled old and the room didn’t have a pleasant smell. I think the property itself needs a revamp as it was definately not upto the 4 star level. Breakfast was also very average.

Ringraziamo tutto lo staff della struttura per l’ottima accoglienza!
Pros:

Bellissima struttura in ottima posizione collinare, bella piscina, camere spaziose, silenziose e sempre pulite, belli gli spazi comuni e colazione buonissima con prodotti del luogo e torte fatte in casa. Molto accogliente anche il ristorante interno, con prodotti di zona di ottima qualità.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta.
Camera spaziosa e molto bella.
Spa grande e ben tenuta, buona mano dell'operatrice durante il massaggio. Piscina grande, attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni.
Molto buona la scelta della colazione e del pranzo. Cordialità, ospitalità e discrezione.
