Unser Aufenthalt hatte leider Licht und Schatten.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche waren sehr gepflegt. Die tägliche Reinigung wurde zuverlässig durchgeführt und das Reinigungspersonal hat hervorragende Arbeit geleistet.

Weniger überzeugend war die Größe der Zimmer. Diese sind sehr klein, sodass insbesondere größere Koffer nur schwer untergebracht werden können. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das wenig komfortabel.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, die Brötchen teilweise steinhart, das Obst nicht einmal geschnitten und insgesamt wirkte alles sehr lieblos präsentiert. Noch ärgerlicher ist, dass das Frühstück verpflichtend mitgebucht werden musste und keine Möglichkeit bestand, darauf zu verzichten. Angesichts der gebotenen Qualität empfanden wir das als sehr enttäuschend.

Auch der Service an der Rezeption hat Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Englischkenntnisse der Mitarbeiter waren eher eingeschränkt, was grundsätzlich kein Problem wäre. Allerdings hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Serviceorientierung gewünscht.

Ein Beispiel dafür war meine Anfrage nach einem Leihhandtuch für den Strand. Die Reaktion des Mitarbeiters an der Rezeption war überraschend negativ. Er wirkte regelrecht verblüfft über die Frage und beinahe empört, dass ich danach gefragt hatte. Eine kundenfreundlichere Reaktion hätte ich in einem Hotel erwartet.

Insgesamt punktet das Hotel mit Sauberkeit, verliert jedoch durch die kleinen Zimmer, das schwache und verpflichtende Frühstück sowie den wenig serviceorientierten Empfang deutlich an Attraktivität.

Estadia excelente
Pros:

A cordialidade dos funcionários, a limpeza, o conforto e o café da manhã (pequeno almoço) excelentes.

Cons:

Apenas o fato de o hotel ficar um pouco distante da parte central da cidade, mas dá para ir a pé (mais jovens) ou uber para os que tem mais idade com custo bom.

La situacion, a 10 minutos a pie de la zona turistica. Ademas de contar con facil aparcamiento en la zona.

Cons:

Las almohadas, muy blandas, sin relleno. La habitacion muy pequeña, apenas podiamos abrir dos maletas. El desayuno escaso.
