The hotel is really in the center, everything was walking distance. The staff were amazing and kind, and even let us extend our checkout. The room was clean and spacious.

The Location was amazing, we were able to walk around easily. Staff was amazing and helped us get around the city with helpful suggestions for places to visit.

The staff was amazing! The location was perfect. Close to transportation, landmarks, restaurants, but not loud. Super quiet. I have an amazing view of Castelo de Sao Jorge and at night it would be lit. Just loved it. The bathroom had its own night light which was great as I get up a lot.

Hôtel bien situé en centre ville avec tout à proximité . Hôtel très propre et personnel très sympathique et accueillant . Nous avions une très belle chambre , très bien décorée avec de beaux matériaux .

Wonderful experience at Hotel Tejo. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful upon arrival. It certainly helped as we were upgraded to a suite as well! Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable. I will say another couple we were traveling with was not upgraded and their room was certainly tight, as we were expecting.

The best part of this hotel was the location. Perfect for walking around and exploring different parts of the city.

Location and comfort

Good, central location. Check in was really efficient, helpful staff. Reception area was clean and well presented. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, quiet room and really comfy bed. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The building itself is lovely, and the room had a nice contemporary vintage style that created a cosy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the in-house amenities, such as the complimentary coffee machine and the free chilled water filter.

The room was a little on the small side, but the bathroom was very spacious and featured a large shower. We were also pleased that all of our room requests were accommodated exactly as asked.

A special mention goes to the reception team, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Lorrainy, in particular, was exceptional and made us feel truly looked after.

The only area for improvement would be the breakfast buffet, where a wider selection would be appreciated. That said, the price was fair and offered good value.

Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel we would happily return to.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Lisbonne, aussi bien à pied qu'en trams ou métro. Chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisée.

Absolutamente TODO. Creo que mi esposa y yo no nos pudimos haber quedado un hotel más bonito, mejor ubicado y mejor administrado que este. Desde la atención de Erica y todo el personal del front desk, el desayuno-buffet y la atención en este y lo bonito, y bien pensadas y disedas que están las habitaciones, todo 10 de 10, central y cerca a todo. La iluminación, espacio y comfort de la habitación, de lujo, nos sentimos igual o mejor que en nuestra propia casa. Lisboa es una ciudad es una ciudad de la que te quedas con ganas de volver y mucho más después de hospedarte en un hotel donde todo su personal es muy profesional y amable. Muchas gracias.
