Very good location. Extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. They were very patient and responsive to all my queries prior to my arrival, including advice regarding sightseeing and how to plan my itinerary. They were gracious enough to allow me to keep my luggage with them even on the non check-in and check out days while I travelled to other cities in Portugal. They provided a kettle on request too. The room was clean and of a comfortable size, at least for one person. Also had sufficient number of plug points. The staff was also generous with providing drinking water bottles. I didn’t take the breakfast so cannot comment on it.
Nothing! Just noting for other guests for completeness that the AC is centrally controlled in that only the reception can regulate the individual AC control of every room. You need to call them for this.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamer klein maar heel net. Goede matras.
Het hotel is centraal gelegen in een redelijk vlakke omgeving.
Het ontbijt viel me tegen. Niet veel keuze.
Ontbijt was tot 10.00u maar om 09.00u was er niet veel meer beschikbaar. En werd ook niet meer bijgevuld.
De koffie uit de machine was niet te drinken.

The location was very good, central and walking distance to central Lisbon. Room was more spacious than expected, breakfast was excellent, and the service from staff was exceptional, especially with our struggle with lost luggage at airport.

Out of the 12 places we stayed during our tour of Spain, Portugal & Turkey - this hotel was by far the best one. The reception team were very professional and made us feel welcome immediately. The room was HUGE & the bathroom is stunning. Great location made it so easy for us to see the key sites. Breakfast - AGAIN the best of our entire holiday. Great variety and everything fresh & delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
Would have liked a bigger fridge in the room - it was quite small.
Ideal location for transport connections and exploring the old town. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.

坂が多いので宿泊先の選択には気を使いますがここは平坦な場所だったので助かりました。
部屋が広かったわりには椅子が一つしかなかったため、
2人で宿泊した私達は不便な気持ちを持った。
