kudos to the staff. very welcoming and helpful. we had a bit of an accident during our vacation and they have been more than accomodating. an unforgettable stay indeed. we will be back!

the hotel is very modern and exactly as it was on the picture. i always stay with citizenM even in other countries i visited. always the right decision!

Nice location close to station good other transport links. Mose were in the room.
Pros:

Location and staff were nice and polite.

Cons:

Last night we spot and mouse in the room.
They don’t do house keeping like others hotel even we asked at front seat after two days no one bother. Property size Is for one person.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Close to Amsterdam City . That’s it

Cons:

The rooms are very strange. Open bathroom, toilet and sleeping place in one same unit without any place to leave luggage and hang clothes . Shower was not clean , there was hair from a previous guest in the shower .
