Super hotel, friendly staff, close the transport hubs and beautiful park! Highly recommended.
Pros:

Super stay with really friendly staff. Easy to get to the city and airport, and great lounge area to connect with other guests.

Cons:

5G reception was intermittent in the hotel, but otherwise nothing that I didn’t like!

Avevamo due stanze una per mia figlia li per lavoro e una per me e mia moglie per vacanza. La posizione è ottima. vi sono molto vicine le fermate della metro e dei treni e la fermata del tram. Le dimensiono della stanza sono un po' limitate. Vi è un letto immenso ma accessibile solo da un lato. Per un soggiorno di lavoro è super; per una vacanca breve ottimo.

Pros:

La ubicación no está mal, a unos 7 minutos caminando del metro y cerca hay paradas de autobús para moverte al centro de Ámsterdam sin problema. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de la hora. El personal muy amable. Habitación limpia y cama súper grande y cómoda!! Todo lo relacionado con la habitación se controlaba desde un ipad. Ideal para descansar después de estar todo el día fuera.

Cons:

No hay espacio para poder colocar la ropa. Es un alojamiento apto solo para personas que viajen solas o en pareja, dado que la intimidad es 0. La ducha está en medio de la habitación y el váter también. Ambos con una mampara de cristal pero obviamente se ve todo... Otro punto a tener en cuenta es que el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no se puede apagar... solo regular la temperatura. En mi caso hacía que me levantara fatal de la garganta a diario. Supongo que lo harán porque la ventana de la habitación no se puede abrir.

Hier zal ik niet nog een keer verblijven
Pros:

Bed was fijnste wat er was. Groot en lag lekker.

Cons:

Faciliteiten in de hotelkamer (niet mijn ding dus), alles electronisch via een iPad wat hip en modern is, alleen geef mij maar knoppen. Gordijnen laten nog best wat licht door. Geen waterglazen in je kamer (kom op zeg), wastafel niet goed te combineren met de spiegel. Ontbijt was echt minimaal.

Perfect overnight stay in Amsterdam South.
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff that were able to get me into the room early and made a coffee for me while I was being checked in. Had been travelling overnight so was very much appreciated.

Last minute booking at citizen m
Pros:

Our flight was cancelled so we needed to source overnight accommodation at short notice. We choose this hotel because it’s within easy reach of Amsterdam airport. The staff were absolutely fantastic and really helped us with the check in and also explained how all the features in the room worked.

It’s very modern and clean with nice comfortable seating in the communal areas and bar.

Cons:

The room set up is not particularly to our liking. Wasn’t keen on the open plan toilet and shower facilities. Having said that it was still a comfortable room and large comfy bed too. This reminds me of a pod set up rather than actual hotel room.

Pros:

Het was een voortreffelijk bed. Mooi regelbaar licht. Zeer goede klimaatbeheersing in de kamer.

Cons:

Er was geen glas op de kamer om even wat te drinken of je mond te spoelen bij tandenpoetsen. De afvoer van de wastafel rook absoluut onfris. Op de gang rook het ook niet fijn.
De knop van de regendouche en de handdouche is zo afgesteld dat als je niet oplet dat je hoe dan ook nat wordt en erg onduidelijk wanneer je de regendouche op je hoofd krijgt of wanneer je de handdouche hebt.
En de muziek in de lounge echt verschrikkelijk. Hip om hip te doen maar vrij smakeloos en te hard.
