Die Lage war traumhaft mitten in der Altstadt, das Zimmer groß und luxuriös ausgestattet. Frühstück reichhaltig. Es gab kostenlosen Shuttle zum Parkplatz.

Die Angabe auf booking, dass es sich um eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz handelt, stimmt nicht. Es gibt jedoch einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice von einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz in der Neustadt.
Esperienza divertente, le stanze sono ricavate da vecchie case grotta, anche se ammodernate con tutti i confort moderni. L'hotel è in una posizione ottima per visitare Matera, molto vicino anche a piazza San Pietro Caveoso.
Non adatto a tutti, anche se presenti condizionatori, la stanza è risultata un po umida (o forse l'odore presente, dava il sentore di essere in una stanza umida) e potrebbe non essere idonea per claustrofobici.

The staff was really supportive, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very well place, with superb views of the riff.
Even it is close to the historical center, the place is very discreet and quiet.

Frühstück ist mehr als reichhaltig und sehr lecker.
Lage: die Höhlen sind etwas abgelegen- Abends etwas unheimlich (hotel ist nicht durchgängig besetzt). Man ist aber dennoch rasch im Zentrum. Toller Blick über die Schlucht.
Zimmer sehr sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet mit eigenem Eingang.
Die Höhlen sind innen etwas feucht/ klamm, das ist aber wohl unvermeidlich.
Posizione meravigliosa nel Sasso Caveoso di Matera, molto tranquilla. Vista impagabile. Personale molto disponibile. Camere ampie e pulite. Mini bar fornitissimo
Purtroppo essendo la camera all'interno dei Sassi c'era un poco di umidità in bagno. Scala del soppalco rumorosa.

Hotel fantastico in una location centralissima e strategica nel cuore dei Sassi. Lo staff è super disponibile, accogliente e attento a ogni esigenza. La pulizia è davvero impeccabile in tutta la struttura e i servizi sono di alto livello. Nota di merito alla camera quadrupla: spaziosa, comodissima e assolutamente "top". Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!
