Nada en especial.
A very quaint hotel conveniently located just outside the town wall. Comfortable rooms, great to have the swimming pool and access to the games room - we used the pool table. Lots of choice at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
The shower was an over the bath mixer which was very low pressure.

It wasn’t our style, quite quirky but comfortable enough.
We had a really lovely stay at Hotel Real d’Óbidos. Our room was beautiful, and the view overlooking the town was something special - the whitewashed houses, terracotta roofs, and the castle walls in the distance make Óbidos feel almost like a film set. Parking was easy and the hotel was simple to find. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was great, with plenty of choice and a relaxed feel.
Óbidos itself is such a charming place to wander around: narrow cobbled streets, bright splashes of blue and yellow on the houses, little shops selling local crafts, and that incredible medieval wall running right around the town. Try the local ginja, especially the version served in tiny chocolate cups - completely delicious and one of those simple Óbidos pleasures that you just can’t miss. Staying at Hotel Real d’Óbidos put us right in the middle of it all, and we loved every minute.
Nothing about the hotel at all - it was great. On a side note, walking the castle walls in Óbidos was a real experience - there are no railings, the path can be narrow in places, and the drop beside you is… let’s just say “motivating.” We loved it the lower part that we did but you do need a steady foot and a bit of confidence!

Le personnel est charmant et attentionné. Les installations méritent les 4 étoiles. L'emplacement est top. Nous avions une magnifique vue depuis notre terrasse. Et nous avons adoré le style médiéval de l'hôtel avec en prime un petit déjeuner royal. Je recommande sans réserve.
