Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. An exceptional apartment in Gold Coast
Pros:

This olace is exceptional with all facilities required for family, with nice and spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom. The washing machine and dryer are quite handy.

Pros:

Large apartment in a great location comphy and clean beds with beautiful views from all windows. Management was kind and welcoming.

Cons:

Tables were very dusty and some surfaces could have done with a bit of a wipe down ( could possibly be from current building next door) nothing a wet cloth didn't fix.
Also would be good to have some block out blinds in bedrooms as the privacy blinds don't block out that early morning sun.
Would still definitely stay there again!

Another good stay on the Gold Coast
Pros:

The 2 bdrm apartment, 5B was lovely, nice decor, lots of space. About 20min walk to main Surfers precinct, 3min walk to Northcliffe SLSC. Northcliffe Tram stop was closest. Very easy to get around without a car. Steve, the Manager was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend a stay if you don’t mind bit of a walk.

Cons:

Another building is in construction directly next to Marriner Views which was annoying at times especially as workers start at 6.30am and was difficult to sleep in.

Good location away from Cavill but still noisy roads.
Pros:

The views from every room in the apartment were stunning from city lights to ocean. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and the kitchen and lounge were nicely positioned to relax and enjoy the views especially in the evening.

Cons:

The bathrooms are tired but could be improved by cleaning/painting doors and refreshing grout. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in the hallway and main bedroom and the curtains only just covered the windows. The furniture in the lounge is old.

it was a lovely place to stay, great views, easy access to anywhere, security features of the building and carpark access required a fob for entry which gives peace of mind of no
intruders, apartment was huge and modern, pool shimmered in the sunlight, very clean & inviting.
Steve was a top bloke, keen to ensure our stay was smooth, thank you

It was good for the price we got it for.
Pros:

The heated pool was great, the spa was amazing as well as the steam room. The apartment was very big, so much space. Beds were comfy and the building manager was very helpful with all questions & anything we needed.

Cons:

On the 1st night, in the main bedroom, there was a bug on the bed, like a mini cockroach - freaked us out a bit, we stripped it etc. And half of us woke up the next day, and had bites on our chest /legs etc. But on Thursday they had bug spray guys come out and do the whole building (from what we were told, as we left for a little) so maybe it was just that time for it to be sprayed.

Perfect place, perfect manager - what more could you want!
Pros:

Upon arrival the manager Steve was exceptionally welcoming and full of information about how to get to places.
He lent us his umbrella on one of the days as the weather wasn’t the greatest and when there was an issue with the water he came in and sorted it out even though it was 6pm on a Friday afternoon.
He is such a lovely person and even though the rooms were immaculate I would have to say having such an awesome person as a manager really made the trip perfect. Thanks Steve ☺️
