I strongly advise the premises, but dont advise their service..
Pros:

First i stayed in prem room which was high standard with all brand new furniture.. then moved to balcony room,, still comfortable but wasnt renewed as the first one., reception is really helpful, and staff there have smiling faces.. building was renewed and better then most of 5 star hotels with super cheap prices..

Cons:

Their service in restaurant failed in my eyes, they needed to be sent to some service and hospitality course.. they act as if they dont take salary or someone force them to be waiters there:: but nornal i think, cause hotel was really cheap with those standards, so their service staff could be ignored..

المكان جميل.. ولكن الغرفة كلما ادخل فيها رائحة مجاري تلفاز بدون قنوات.. والاسيفر متكسر المفروض يتم أستبداله..؟

I advise the renewed rooms strongly
Pros:

Reception staff is good.. rooms are clean and brand new furniture in renewed rooms..

Cons:

Their housekeeping and service staff need to be sent to hospitality course.. they are as if we went to their home without invitation..

es war mal ein 4-sterne hotel. jetzt ist es bestimmt keines mehr.

alles veraltet. bei unserem raum 408 stank der abfluss bestialisch.
die wände sind extrem dünn. die klingeln sind extrem laut. wenn es beim nachbarwn klingelte, dachte man, dass es bei einem selbst klingelt.

Staffs are all awesome

Cons:

The toilet bowl is old and stained. The room smells of cigarette smoke, and I found an empty cigarette box in the drawer below the TV. The shower's water pressure is poor, and water leaks under the glass divider into the dry area
