Absolutely perfect!
Pros:

It was just wonderful. Warm and clean. Exceeded our expectations!

Pros:

Our corner room with balcony was spacious with a lovely view of the harbor. Clean with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant on site. And so nice to just go down stairs for good coffee.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant hours were abbreviated while we were there.

Overall our stay was good and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was as good as it gets. We haven't had a breakfast that good in a restaurant anywhere. Superb.
Staff were very good
Facilities were quite tired, but clean. Underprovisioned, but anything asked for was given. Staff solved the couple of issues that arose without difficulty.

Cons:

Room were a bit tired, TV did't offer a good range, ie not sport of international news.

Comforting, quiet and homely room
Pros:

The room was a fantastic size. Normally when we're in a hotel, we only feel like being in the room to sleep and maybe eat - but here, we would have been happy to stay inside all day! Lovely bed, sofa, coffee table, marina view, generously sized TV which we could cast to. We were able to give each other personal space when needed - rare in a hotel. It felt very homely. It was also lovely and quiet.

Cons:

Tiny one - maybe a couple of bowls could be added to the refreshment stand. We had brought cereal but had to eat it out of cups (which was fine).

Pros:

Nice quiet Motel, Dinner and Breakfast was top Quality 110% recommend going to Te Akau Roa So Amazing

Cons:

Pretty good motel if I had to say its a bit out dated and pool wished it was hot water sadly we went in a cold day/ night

Not great value for money. Outdated.
Pros:

Nice walk to the lighthouse and marina close by.

Cons:

Room was becoming outdated including laundry fans that didn’t work and windows that didn’t have all latches.
Thought there was a gym but this wasn’t the case, required a payment.
