Friendly staff from front desk to breakfast time,lovely excellent rooms, bed was amazing and comfy. Haven't slept that good in a long time.i was going to ask the make of the mattress it was that good😁 Like that it caters for gluten free which is a bonus. Staff very helpful. Location is great aswell.
There's nothing I didn't like
L'hôtel est très beau et très propre, la salle de bain est très agréable, les serviettes de bain sont confortables, le lit également était vraiment très confortable.
Il n'y avait pas de drying room pour sécher nos affaires, mais le staff a été très gentil et nous a permis d'utiliser une salle de chaufferie pour laisser quelques affaires à sécher.
Il y a un espace commun mais il est dans le passage donc pas vraiment cosy.
David, the manager of the hotel was exceptional. He was there most of the time and his tips for our trip really helped. The hotel was lovely with everything we needed and a perfect location for Ben Nevis. We ate at the restaurant on both of the nights and the food exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
Big spacious rooms. Mainly bathrooms are neat and clean. Friendly staff. I thought the view of Ben Davis will be there but still it's ok we reached very late . Nearby to places and hotels.
Car parking could have been inside the hotel itself we were asked to parking some opposite place crossing the road. . It was raining heavily and we got wet before getting in from parking

Location good, 10 mins walk into town. Staff were extremely good and happy to help. We had breakfast twice during our stay and one evening meal, all the food was excellent.

Good service on arrival and staff were informative on where to go. We weren't pressured into eating in the main restaurant for dinner but we did upgrade to include breakfast which was worth it. All staff had a smile on their face and couldn't do enough for you.
The bar area is a bit limited as an actual bar and it looked closed when we got back at about 10pm. They did serve us drinks though!
We had a wonderful stay at the Nevis Bank Inn. The room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were super delicious. The staff were amazing too, highly recommended!

Plutôt bien placé, il est possible d’aller jusqu’a la rue piétonne à pied très rapidement.
Le petit déjeuné est excellent, très bon rapport qualité prix.
J’ai réservé pour 4 personnes, mes 2 enfants mon mari et moi. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit double et un canapé lit (totalement inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts du « matelas »), alors que lors de la réservation rien ne précise que le prix de la chambre ne comprend pas 4 vrais lits.
Ça ne sentait pas bon dans la chambre sans doute un cause de la moquette.

Camera e bagno davvero spaziosi e molto puliti, staff cordiale, ristorante molto valido.
Parcheggio in loco molto piccolo ma sul lato opposto della strada ne hanno un altro, conviene scaricare le valigie e spostare la macchina.
Televisione senza connessione…niente canali satellitari o collegamento a netflix, Amazon, Disney, now etc..
