L’emplacement est idéal et permet de partir randonner immédiatement depuis l’hotel (environ 1h de marche par le sentier de Cow Hill pour rejoindre le depart de randonnée de Ben Nevis).
J’ai été très bien accueillie à l’arrivée et au petit déjeuner, et on a conservé gentiment ma valise toute la journée de mon départ.
Lit très confortable.
Malgré la propreté il y a un gros problème d’humidité dans la chambre, dont je ne me suis pas aperçue immédiatement car les fenêtres étaient grandes ouvertes à l’arrivée. Du moisi derrière les rideaux et les vêtements avec lesquels j’ai dormi sentaient fort le moisi lendemain.
We had a washing machine but no dryer or airer. Really hard to get clothes dry
Bed was very small also.
Also when we checked out, reception guy charged us for our friends dinner as well as ours.
Had lunch in restaurant which was excellent.
No complaints.
Hele fijne medwerkers die extra moeite doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Zo werd onze motorkleding in een aparte ruimte gehangen waar het goed kon drogen.

Great location, close to the centre and railway station, and there are bus stops to and from Glen Nevis right in front of the hotel (the bus only runs from May to late September though, I believe, but it's very handy when you don't have a car). My room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and had everything I needed. Breakfast is good and I had dinner in the restaurant once which was also good and convenient when you're tired after a day of hiking. The floorboards are a bit creaky, so you hear your neighbours move around a lot but the hotel was very quiet after 10pm and it didn't bother me.

Room was comfortable, and looked smart. Great location, easily walkable in to town. The restaurant is excellent: best STP on the West Highland Way.
It felt like our bathroom wasn't included in the room's recent refurbishment. The shower was a bit poor.

The room was good. There was plenty of space. There was a sitting area with a couch a tv fridge coffee machine with goodies. Then there was also the bedroom area with tv. The washroom was good also. Over all the room was good.
For the price breakfast could have been included in the price. We didn't visit the restaurant.
