Heel goed als tussenstop!
Pros:

Heel proper en super vriendelijk onthaal. De badkamer was groot en ook heel netjes. Super lekker gegeten in het restaurant en het ontbijt was ook in orde.

Cons:

De bedden waren goed maar de kamer met 2 keer een tweepersoonsbed waren ze net te klein om met 4 volwassenen comfortabel te slapen. We hadden een kamer vlak aan de parking tegen de straat waar wel wat verkeer langs komt en ook te horen was in de kamer.

Airco op kamer werkt perfect.
Propere kamer.

Badkamer is geen 4 sterren waard.

The place was very cozy. Enjoyed the stay. Douglas is a thorough gentleman. Enjoyed my conversations with him. A very helpful and a proud Scotsman.

Fabulous team
Pros:

I was organising a large group to come in for dinner. The comms with the team beforehand was brilliant, and they were very accommodating.

When we arrived, the team took excellent care of the group and kindly let a few of the group add extras on to our pre order. Nothing was too much trouble. A few of the group were a little rowdy, but the staff handled it exceptionally and very professionally.

The food was also absolutely delicious, and one of the group said it was the best cheesecake he’s ever had!!

Una delle esperienza peggiori mai provate. La mia esperienza si riferisce alla relazione con il desk di questa struttura presso la quale avevo prenotato un soggiorno tramite Booking. Per mio errore avevo indicato un giorno di arrivo non corretto. La gestione di questo inconveniente è stato pessima, a causa di rigidità ed assenza di disponibilità da parte dello staff: comunicazioni carenti (su loro indicazioni ho effettuato nuova prenotazione ad un costo quasi doppio - 550 Gbp vs 308Gbp - ed evitando la piattaforma Booking) e capziose (prima hanno lasciato intendere che non avrebbero effettuato addebiti per la prenotazione mancata e poi hanno addebitato nonostante la nuova prenotazione a prezzo ampiamente maggiorato, solo tardivamente - molti giorni dopo la mia seconda prenotazione e dopo mie lamentele per l'addebito - hanno offerto sconto assolutamente irrisorio sulla nuova prenotazione). Alla fine ho dovuto prendere atto della loro assoluta ottusità e mancanza di senso di ospitalità ed ho quindi provveduto alla disdetta della nuova prenotazione.

Stay was ok for overnight.
Pros:

Overall staff were very helpful indeed, especially at breakfast which was lovely, and well presented,, the lady who served us very helpful and so so pleasant.
However I have to say very disappointed in our overpriced 10oz Sirloin Steak at £42 which we both asked for it to be well done, when it came, it had not been rested, and therefore was still rather tough to chew, and not enjoyable at all.
