Pros:

L'hôtel est excentré, c'est parfait !!
On peut se garer à l'extérieur gratuitement et sans craintes
Centre commercial à deux pas où on peut se restaurer et boire un coffee sur la terrasse

Cons:

Frigidaire de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas, je l'ai signalé mais rien n'a été fait..

Wrong information on Booking.com: parking is not free. It costs 15 euro per night.
Also the showers are very slippery and very dangerous when the shower floor is soapy. It is curious that the hotel does not address this problem

Cons:

Climatizacion del edificio muy deficiente. Las habitaciones bien pero el hall y los pasillos en verano, con esa arquitectura a modo de invernadero, era muy deficiente. La ubicación, aunque zona muy tranquila y rodeada de parques, está muy alejada del centro, a las afueras de la ciudad y dependes de taxi o una larga caminata desde las zonas más interesantes de la ciudad.

Hotel muy funcional y cómodo en Ponferrada
Pros:

Soy cliente habitual desde el año 2011, y creo que eso lo dice todo. Es un hotel espectacular, muy funcional, con habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas, y mucha limpieza en cualquier lugar.

Mención especial para todo el personal, especialmente para la recepcionista Henar. Nos solucionó un problema que salvó nuestra estancia en hotel. Detalles así, hacen que siga repitiendo en el hotel año tras año. Mil gracias Henar!!

Pros:

Not much other than it is a 15-20 minute walk to a shopping mall where restaurants can be found.

Cons:

Pillows are terrible, parking is expensive at €16 a night
