Pros:

The food at the restaurant was very good. We informed the staff there as well. The location is beautiful as only Kerala can be. Rooms were reasonably okay. Staff was helpful and nice..

Cons:

The AC would give us cold air only at 16 C. It would not work at temperatures above 20C. We were comfortable so no complaints.

Bathrooms can be cleaned a bit better. But overall it was okay.

Comfortable stay and worth the price. Very close to the airport and the staff were friendly.
Pros:

Good location, hill top view. The food was good but it took a while to cook and get them ready. Can’t complain but I would have preferred to stay inside the room than waiting inside the restaurant for long.

Cons:

There were no toilet tissue rolls available. Hot water was available but not through the shower line and we had to use the bucket.

Suggest they also use some chemicals to clean the closet stain. Overall, it was clean, but it looked ugly.
