Good sized rooms, clean and has good facilities.
Reception staff great and helpful.
Location is near the city centre so within a 10/15 minute walk your in downtown.
Supermarket at the end of the road was a bonus to get snacks etc.
Sufficient selection for breakfast - although repetitive.

Cons:

The sofa bed is too hard and uncomfortable. Would prefer a family room that had two double beds.

Çok temiz ve çok konforluydu. Çalışanlar çok cana yakın ve ilgiliydi. Her şeyi ile mükemmel bir otel. Bir sonraki Lizbon seyahatimde yine burda kalırım❤️

Excelente estádia para famílias!
Pros:

O hotel é excelente para famílias com crianças. Os quartos são amplos e com amenidades. Colocaram mimos para as crinças na chegada, o que tornou a experiência melhor. Os funcionários são muito agradáveis e prestatativos, com exceção de uma funcionária que usa óculos e que trabalha durante o café da manhã. Apesar desta funcionária, todos os demais foram excelentes. Achei tudo bom, a única coisa que poderia melhorar, embora seja razoável, é o café da manhã.

Pros:

Da empatia, resolutividade e rapidez na assistência aos hóspedes. Em especial, o funcionário Ricardo. Além disto, as dimensões da acomodacao, conforto, limpeza, localização, a meu ver, fazem do hotel uma referência na cidade. Não por acaso, é a 4ª vez que meu grupo familiar se hospeda junto ao Altis Prime Suites.
