Cons:

Falta de servicio de habitaciones. En 6 días d estancia ningún dia tuve servicio de habitaciones. Olor a humedad y falta de limpieza muy acusada de los limpieza del apartamento asi como del pasillo central del piso del apartamento. Personal de recepción no diligente.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und schöne Appartements.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Sightseeing sehr gut. Auch die Tiefgarage haben wir geschätzt. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend gross und die Lüftung funktioniert gut und leise. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man braucht. Es gab allerdings wenig laktosefreie Produkte.

Cons:

Es war nicht so sauber und der Zimmerservice muss angefordert werden, ansonsten wird nur jeden 3. Tag gereinigt.

Für einen Wochenendtrip gut geeignet.
Pros:

Wir konnten etwas früher einchecken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei Beanstandungen zeitnah hilfsbereit. Die gute Lage der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Es fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch/und oder Zewarolle. Kein gesichertes wLan. Im Apartment waren Abnutzungserscheinungen erkennbar. (Konkret: Der Mülleimer war nicht in der Aufhängung, die Programmwahl bei der Geschirrspülmaschine war kaum erkennbar, im Bad war die Halterung für das Duschgel defekt, die Fenster schlossen nicht richtig)

Super locatie
Pros:

Heerlijke lokale plek aan de hackermarkt. Ontbijt kan je ook halen bij de supermarkt er vlak onder.

Cons:

Airco ging telkens uit en t werd daardoor vaak warm/koud

Für mich ein optimaler Platz. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Großes APPA., Schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Angenehm ruhig. Lage ist super, alles ist sehr komfortabel! Hoffe bald wieder dort zu sein!

Zentral, Ruhig, sehr Freundlich
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Supermarkt, Drogerie, S-Bahn, Restaurant alles fußläufig. Bei geschlossener Terrassentür wirklich ruhig obwohl die S-Bahn gleich daneben fährt.

Cons:

Statt Teppichboden wäre ein Holz/ Laminatboden bestimmt besser, man weiß einfach nicht wo mit Schuhen herum gelaufen wurde und möchte mit sauberen Füßen ins Bett
