Location is amazing. Very friendly staff. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
Carpets in the hallway were smelly- they need to be cleaned or replaced. The smell hits you hard every time you get out of the elevator or leave the room (4th floor, unsure about other floors). Carpet inside the room also did not smell good but not as bad as in the hallway (other than that the room was very clean).
We did not had our room cleaned at all, but when we requested service we received it quickly.
No extra trash bags we could use. No soap for dish cleaning.
Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, Lage besonders gut. Klimaanlage war super bei fast 40 Grad Außenzemperatur, sehr ruhig bei Blick in den Innenhof.
Das Bad war nicht sauber, Staub auf dunklen Fugen.
Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! - Ausstattung modern, schlicht, luftig! Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig!
Zimmerreinigung nur auf Nachfrage, WLAN abends sehr langsam und insgesamt unstabil (nur an der Zimmertür guter Empfang)

Personal nur bedingt kompetent und engagiert. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
First of all, the window doesn't close properly and lets in a lot of street noise. The dishwasher didn't work and it seems like it hasn't for a long time and no one from the staff cares about it. The kitchen tap is completely wobbly and broken. The ventilation in the bedroom didn't work, after reporting it to the staff we were informed that they would come to fix it soon, when we went to the staff again they said they had arrived and it was impossible to fix it, since we were in the room and waiting we informed them that no one had arrived, the answer was Uuups, it doesn't work :(

Many attractions walking distance, close to public transport routes.
Excellent facilities including efficient washer and dryer.

The room was on the 6th floor, great A/C with a little balcony for fresh air. Lovely bathroom with full sized bath and a kitchen which had everything you would need for a short stay. The staff were lovely and every request for additional towels or ice was no problem. The lobby has lovely coffee and you can purchase a reusable cup from reception. Nice bar area also.
The door of the dishwasher was broken, we reported it to reception, but it wasn't fixed. We were fine to wash dishes by hand but if you were there for a longer stay it might be inconvenient. You can't cast or log in to streaming services on the TV, so just news channels available if you don't speak German.

el estudio estaba bastante bien con cocina bien equipada
el recepcionista que nos hizo el check-in fue muy simpatico, nos ayudó con consejos para ir al aeropuerto y nos hizo un upgrade gratuito
el desayuno por el precio que pagas podria ser de mejor calidad
las almohadas son muy malas

ניקיון רק פעם בשלושה ימים לא כולל את היום הראשון. אם רוצים ניקיון לחדר צריך לבקש באופן ספציפי. הייתי שמחה אם באופן יומיומי היה ניקיון ללא צורך לדרוש את זה ובקבוקי מים בחדר.
