Terrific. Best location, great staff, beautiful decor in the hotel.

Everything, especially the VERY helpful staff. YaWen, Cindy, Kevin, and Molly helped us a lot, especially YaWen who helped us straighten the use of the Chinese apps.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything. Perhaps having whole wheat bread for the breakfast toast instead of white bread. Aside from the that, nothing to complain about.

Hotel con mucho encanto, ubicado, a 10 minutos andando del embarcadero, con vistas al rio. Destacar mucho la amabilidad de la gente que trabaja allí. Tiene también restaurante, muy recomendable. La habitación muy cómoda.
