Cons:

* asciugacapelli fuori uso subito sostituito ma senza adattatore (impossibile usarlo in bagno)
* abbiamo chiesto di avere qualcosa per colazione prima dell'orario per partenza presto al mattino: ci è stato fornito un cestino con frutta , acqua , sandwich, formaggino e marmellatina e pomodorini (!?!?): apprezziamo lo sforzo ma ci aspettavamo qualcosa di meglio.

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Layout of room was perfect for family with sliding door dividing two rooms. Suite was nice and big.
Good shower.
Comfy beds.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Perfect location 5 mins on foot to Riva and Old Town.
Nice quiet, cold aircon.

Cons:

The decor isn’t to everyone’s taste - a bit stark but it’s a personal thing.
