Grundsätzlich sehr nettes Hotel in guter Lage, jedoch schlecht ausgebildetes Personal

Sehr gute Lage und großes Zimmer

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere in der Rezeption waren sehr schlecht ausgebildet (junge Mädchen), die keine Ahnung hatten (zum Beispiel Abfrage der PIN Nummer bei Bezahlung mit EC Karte, statt Selbsteingabe). Das Fitnessstudio war sehr schlecht ausgerüstet, mit mangelhaften Geräten (kaputtes Fahrrad und defekte Muskelmaschine). Es gab im Fitnessraum kein Trinkwasser. Das Putzpersonal kam einen Tag nicht ohne Begründung.

Comfortable, clean city hotel
Pros:

Stayed for 4 nights, location is very good for all city activities, just a 5 minute walk in. Staff were very helpful with maps, bus information and directions. Hotel was clean and tidy, comfortable bed and quite from city noise.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, ran out of yoghurt and other items only to be told it was nearly the end of the month. Not enough food for the amount of people staying, with some having to have breakfast in reception! Pillows very soft and needed to ask for an extra pillow for support which was supplied without question.

Excellent property with an excellent location.
Pros:

From checking in until leaving everything was great. The front desk staff is always available and helpful and the breakfast individuals (he is called Gabriel and I am so sorry I forget her name but is South African and Croatian) is excellent. Helped with directions and recommendations. I extended my stay to 12 days because of them. I will be back.

Cons:

Further variety at breakfast would be welcome. I liked the breakfast just would be nice to have other items occasionally.

Boravak u ovom smještaju nije mi se posebno svidio. Najviše mi je zasmetalo to što čistačica nije ulazila u sobu tijekom dana, iako je znak za čišćenje stalno bio postavljen na vratima. Očekivao/la sam bolju organizaciju i pažnju prema gostima, posebno kada je riječ o osnovnim stvarima poput održavanja čistoće.

We booked this hotel for two nights. Since we had a very early check-out, I asked at reception during check-in if our breakfast from the last day could be moved to the first day. I was told this was “impossible” because the kitchen prepares food strictly based on the number of guests each day.

Surprisingly, when I asked if we could still have breakfast without making changes, I was told it would be possible—but only if we paid €20 per person. This completely contradicts the earlier explanation.

In the end, they agreed to provide a takeaway breakfast for our last day. What we received, however, was frankly unacceptable: a dry, cold sandwich and a single cherry tomato. Nothing else.

This felt disrespectful and far below any reasonable standard. I refused to accept it, and the staff didn’t even bother to ask why or offer a simple apology.

Although the hotel has a good location and clean rooms, the service is extremely poor. Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Na spletu napišite kaj ne dela, saj je bol v ponudbi wellness, ki ga ni bilo. Izbrali bi drug hotel!

Osebje, čistoča sobe.

Cons:

Wellness ni deloval, ni bila natočena voda. Na TV ni bilo niti domačih hrvaških programov.

Sve u svemu zadovoljni smo

Ciste sobe i sam ambijent odlican , osoblje veoma korektno. Za cijenu dosta dobra usluga.

Cons:

Parking moras sam traziti , ko nije iz Splita zna sta govorim. Zamjerka hotelu da se gost pripremi na vrijeme a da luta i da sam trazi parking obzirom da je hotel direktno na cesti a parking je sa druge strane
