From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of RM3 will be applicable per room per night.
Meanwhile for Prestigious Events, a fee of RM6 per night per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean and staff very friendly

*Camas cómodas y habitación bien equipada . Teníamos bastante buenas vistas desde el balcón.

*La atención del personal deja bastante que desear , en especial el personal de cocina (no va absolutamente nadie a comer o cenar allí , y pese a ello se negaron a cocinarnos la comanda porque según ellos se había acabado todo , éramos los únicos que íbamos cada día a comer allí y pese a ello no tuvieron ninguna consideración).
*Los desayunos más de lo mismo , te cocinan las tortillas a desgana y te ponen mala cara cuando les pides algo . Son desayunos adaptados para asiáticos casi no hay nada para el resto de visitantes . Prepárate para desayunar pollo , arroz y fideos cada día .
*No hay apenas ningun servicio cerca , hay un mall casi abandonado a 500 metros .

Spacious room and clean
The bathroom needs attention. The shower isn’t working properly, and there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet. Fixing these issues would greatly improve the experience.

What I liked about the hotel was the beautiful lobby and the friendly staff, who spoke English well. It’s also very convenient if you’re arriving by ferry, as the port is just a short walk away.
What I didn’t like was, first and foremost, the incredibly slow internet. I walked around the entire hotel, and the Wi-Fi speed throughout the property ranged from just 1 to 5 Mbps, which is laughable considering they advertised high-speed internet as being included in the price. That simply wasn’t true.
They also require a 100 MYR deposit for the room key, which I found rather odd. You do get it back at checkout, but I still didn’t like having to pay it.
We had a wonderful stay at Langkawi Seaview Hotel. Everything was very, very nice. The location is excellent with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The swimming pool was nice and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with many choices. We would like to thank the whole team for their kindness and help in making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again
All was very good
The overall experience was great with Langkawi seaview hotel. The beds were clean and tidy. The room had enough space and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was very helpful and helped us locate a good tour which we enjoyed thoroughly.
Not located in a tourist heavy spot and you have to travel far to get to places. However, they are all within affordable reach.
Nice hotel. Was here for business. Location is quite quiet by night time with nothing much to do. Very different to the beach area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Langkawi. The room was very comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated having a balcony with a pleasant view of the city, mountains, and even the sea. The hotel provided all the necessary toiletries, which was convenient. Its location is another strong point, with easy access to shops and several duty-free outlets nearby for shopping. They do provide free parking spots at the side of the hotel which is very convenient
The only significant downside during my stay was the television. Although it was a Samsung TV, it seemed quite outdated. The hotel provided satellite channels, but some movie channels had poor reception and the picture would frequently break up, making them difficult to watch. It would also be great if the TV offered smart features such as Netflix or YouTube.
Another point to note is the location. While the hotel description indicated that it was only 1.1 km from the beach, it was actually quite far from the popular Pantai Cenang area. It took around 30 minutes to reach Cenang Beach and more than 40 minutes to get to the Langkawi Cable Car and SkyCab attractions. Guests planning to visit these popular tourist spots should be prepared for the travel time.
Grande chambre avec vue magnifique, personnel absolument charmant et très dévoué. À quelques minutes à pied du quai pour les arrivées et départs par ferry. J'y retournerai volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour à Langkawi!
