Pros:

A wellness rész nagyon kellemes, nincs tömeg, jó a szauna. A személyzet kedves, készséges.

Cons:

Reggelinél nem töltötték újra az elfogyott ételeket, és mivel egy úszócsapat hajnalban reggelizett, nem sok minden maradt, amiből válogatni lehetett. Csak kérésre takarítanak a szobákban, automatikusan nem. Nem volt testápoló, kifejezett kérésre sem tudtak adni (bár nagyon készségesen keresgéltek), és egy magát 4 csillagosnak mondó helyen ezt elvárnám. Hódmezővásárhelyen este 9 körül megszűnik az élet, alig van vendéglátóipari egység, ami még nyitva tart. A hangszigetelés is hagy maga után kívánni valót a szobákban.
