Great but won’t be able to stay again.
Pros:

Everything apart from what we didn’t like. Location amazing. Hotel beautiful. Staff great.

Cons:

The fact that neither the hotel nor Booking.com will provide a VAT receipt for the accommodation. Both direct you to the other and neither provides it so I’m out of pocket and cannot reclaim my costs for work. Not even sure this is lawful!

Great facilities, shame about the hotel ‘service charge’
Pros:

Great location, spotless and great facilities.

Cons:

Was charged £70 for ‘service charge’ I have never heard of a service charge been put on the end of a stay before, especially when they already charge so much to stay, they should already be looking after their staff. Unsure if it was optional, as the staff at check out made out that it wasn’t so had to pay it.
