La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni una ventana que se pueda abrir y el clima estaba muy caliente. Fue incómodo estar acalorado.
La iluminación no es la mejor. Luces muy bajas.
El jacuzzi sólo está abierto hasta las 5pm!!! Horario nada conveniente

The hotel is great, in general. The location is great, the staff is very helpful, and they have a great attitude.
Flaws: they forget small requests, or it takes several days to fulfill them, such as two hand towels instead of one. The restaurant is pretty good, but I've often found the fruit to be rotten. It seems to me that they purchase second-quality fruit. Sometimes it tastes like pesticide. I think it lowers the status of the hotel

Ya lo había leido y es que cuando tengan alta ocupación una sola persona atiende todas las mesas y por más que ella quiera no puede prestar un buen servicio , hoy 31 Mayo habia una sola señora estaba enredada porque le pedían al tiempo y no podía , por favor pongan aunque sea dos personas en las mesas en el desayuno, tengan en cuenta las recomendaciones porque es un excelente hotel, me quedaría más veces.
