Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und grünen Stadtteil von Bogota. Alle Geschäfte die man braucht sowie Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Der Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Las fotos dan la idea de otro tipo de hotel ( debo reconocer al fotógrafo/a), no es 4 estrellas, pero con el descuento ofrecido vía booking ( 40%) se vuelve una opción atractiva y acorde a los servicios del hotel . Tienen poco personal , en algunos horarios diurnos trancan la puerta y hay que tocar timbre . No hay ningún tipo de servicio de bebida/ comida luego de la 9:30.

Excellent service from check in to checkout. Great service at the front desk from Angie, Harold and Andres. Breakfast is excellent except they serve the same kind of soup every day. Also excellent service at the restaurant from Janeth. The rooms are large with coffee pod machines.

Meu cartão visa infinite nao foi aceito na máquina do hotel . Em todos os outros locais funcionou perfeitamente. Acredito que a máquina do hotel está desatualizada . Uma obs é que nao tem ar condicionado. Em dias mais quentes isto pode ser um problema . A localização é agradável O bairro é muito bom . É afastado do centro la candelária e devido ao trânsito caótico de Bogotá sofremos com o trânsito. Sempre evitar horários de pico .
The hotel is very well located, the bedrooms are roomy and very nice, and the staff is very nice and helpful.
The only thing that I did not like was that the lamp on my night stand did not work, and it was fixed on the last day of my stay, in spite of the fact that they promised me every day to fix it immediately.
