The cleaning of the room - the cleaning is done in a very superficial manner. I had to clean the ventilation opening in the bathroom myself as was full of dirt. Also the corridor leading to the room was dirty. I asked the cleaning lady to clean the cobwebs from the ceiling. They don't have a checklist of what things should be cleaned and replaced like tissues, soap etc. I had explicitly to ask for all of that. The furniture and the whole interior is quite dated and requires more maintenance and inspection.
The food is very basic but I could always find what to eat. Though would expect more selection at least from the salad bar and appetizers section even for that price.

One can expect from 5 stars hotel much more and more than what actually was provided. The final touch of luxury is missing. Starting with old looking bathroom. Simple furniture. Towels that appear to look second hand. The dining room is not air-conditioned neither ventilated. The cooking in the dining room makes your clothes and hair smell. They don’t open the windows and when I opened it they closed it because the hanging light started to move slightly. Anyhow, people showing up withe dresses for dinner are expecting more.
I am recommending to use the one time opportunity in a stay to dine in the beach restaurant.

Die gesamte Sanitäreinrichtung im Zimmer war sehr alt, das Bidet funktionierte nicht. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Das Internet war extrem langsam.

Les numéros de chambre ne correspondent pas à l’étage pour l’ascenseur. Pour le petit déjeuner : pas de table disponible près de la baie sur mer, pas de verre près des jus de fruits, salle très bruyante.

nous avons choisi cet hotel pour la deuxieme fois,
mais la chambre n etait pas avec l air conditione assez efficace,nous avons du pousse le lit lourd du cote de l air conditione pour pas qu on etouffe de chaleur.
autre chose qui m a saute a l oeil, l odeur du couloir la moisissure et la chaleur intense qui ne dispaissait pas pendant que j attendait d ouvrir la porte
l etage au dessou 404...etait renove et avait l air conditioner ds le couloir on pouvait voir les portes toutes neuves et l etat des lieux.
au niveau de la salle a mange il faisit une chaleur epouvantable,un bruit infini entre la musique nulle et la chaleur car la clime ne marchait pas ...bref au lieu que cet endroit de paradis soit pour moi classe et un lieu de detente etait en fait desagreable ,je n ai pas profite j ai pris mon diner a la vas vite la serveuse n a pas arrete d assaillir mon mari avec les boissons,cela la enerve.
le lendemain ns avons essaye le repas au bord de mer,le serveur qui est age,( cheveux gris)n etait pas mieux ,desagreable brusque incompetent n a fait qu aggrave les choses. bref ns avons quitte le repas une fois de plus contrarie ,il faisait chaud ,les plats manquaient de fraicheurs,tout etait chaud memes les desserts

Tout était parfait, je recommanderai simplement de louer une voiture pour pouvoir faire un maximum de chose

It’s marketed as 5-star but feels more like a 3- or 4-star property. Everything is dated, from the air conditioning in the room to the pool. You pay a €10 deposit for a beach towel and get a worn-out towel with threads hanging off it for a hotel claiming 5 stars, having to go to reception to swap a towel for another equally bad one says a lot. The hotel has its own cove, but it’s so far down the hill that we never used it.

The bigger issue was parking. The hotel’s own car park has been used by some car rental company, so guests park on the narrow path leading down from the main road. On our first day one hotel employee told us we couldn’t park there because it belonged to the agency; another then said we could, so we did. A few hours later, when we came back to the car, an employee of the rental agency shouted at us in front of everyone, behaved aggressively, and even made physical contact. We went to reception and said we would call the police if nothing was done about it.

In short: a decent option for what you pay, but don’t expect 5-star quality.
