Great for eating, relaxing and a mental reset
Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The room was lovely and beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely view from our room of the river and Rhine tower. The jacuzzi and spa facilities were amazing! The range of breakfast was great too.

Cons:

The hot breakfast was quite cold. When busy, the gym is very cramped and hard to workout in.

Pros:

Wir waren schon öfter dort und weil uns zwar genau deshalb, weil uns die Zimmer und die Lage besonders gut gefallen.

Cons:

Dieses Mal habe ich mich besonders über 2 Punkte geärgert, die ich so aus vergangenen Aufenthalten nicht kannte.

1.)
Die Minibar war nicht befüllt, was ich erst nach dem Duschen bemerkte. Es gab keinen Hinweis dazu bei der Buchung oder beim Einchecken, und das obwohl genau dafür beim einchecken ein Deposit von 200 Euro dafür geblockt wurde. Der Room Service und auch der Guest Service waren für eine Nachfrage diesbezüglich nicht erreichbar. Man hätte die Minibar dann über einen QR Code befüllen lassen können. Uhrzeit wo ich etwas trinken wollte 18.30 Uhr, mögliche Befüllung um 22.00 Uhr!

2.)
Die Bar und der Außenbereich der Terrasse (bei über 40 Grad) waren für eine geschlossene Gesellschaft reserviert und für Hotelgäste nicht bzw. sehr eingeschränkt zugänglich. Auch hierüber erfolgte kein Hinweis bei der Buchung oder beim Check In und das obwohl dies eine Leistungseinschränkung der gebuchten Leistungen darstellt und das alles bei einem Zimmerpreis von 360,- €/ Nacht.

Auch wenn das Personal sich nach meiner Beschwerde dafür entschuldigte und sehr engagiert war alles zu erklären, ist meine Erwartungshaltung bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie zumindest eine entsprechende Information bei Buchung - so dass man sich darauf einstellen kann.

Da ich nicht der einzige Gast war, der sich darüber beschwert hat, gehe ich mal nicht davon aus, das die fehelende Information daran lag, das man nicht direkt übers Hotel gebucht hat.
