Das Zimmer war schön und das Frühstück gut

Cons:

Der Check in hat lange gedauert und abends im Hotel hat ein Kellner immer alles auf den Tisch geknallt. Das Abendessen hat knapp 225€ für zwei Personen gekostet, da erwartet man einen angemessenen Service. Die Kellnerin A. war sehr aufmerksam, leider nicht die ganze Zeit an unserem Tisch.
Das Essen war aber gut.

This hotel was the place where I experienced one of the most unpleasant situations of my life.

We arrived early in the morning, completed the check-in process, and went into the city because our room was not yet ready. When we returned, there was an extremely long line at the reception. Since I only needed to collect my room key, I politely approached one of the receptionists.

She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and hostile toward me. I felt genuinely embarrassed by the way she treated me. She refused to acknowledge me, repeatedly told me to move away, and acted as if I didn’t even exist. I simply asked if I could ask a quick question, but she told me to go to the back of the line.

As I was visibly pregnant, I politely explained that it would be considerate to allow a pregnant woman to ask a simple question without having to wait in such a long queue. Her response was: “Pregnancy has nothing to do with waiting in line. Stand there and wait.”

I have never felt so humiliated. Such a complete lack of empathy and respect toward a pregnant guest is unacceptable. This kind of discrimination against pregnant women can only come from someone who has absolutely no compassion for women or children.

The hotel manager apologized for what happened, but unfortunately he was either unwilling or unable to ensure that the receptionist apologized for her behavior. To make matters worse, she never showed any remorse.

I do not know her name, but she had blonde hair and an unmistakably cold, hostile expression. I sincerely hope no other guest, especially a pregnant woman, has to experience the kind of treatment I received.

Manzara çok güzel, ulaşım rahat.Otel genel olarak kaliteli.Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

I found it unnecessary to charge a deposit amount close to the total accommodation fee. I also expected the deposit refund process to be handled faster and more transparently.

Fürs Wochenende perfekt.

Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Sehr guter Service.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas weit weg vom Schuss. Allerdings ist es wiederum sehr ruhig und schön. Nur, „mal eben“ zu Fuß… ist nichts möglich. Zur Altstadt am Rhein entlang, geht man ca. 30 Minuten. Aber eine schöne Gegend.

Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt (8/10) mit einer schönen Unterkunft, aber kleinen technischen Mängeln und Verbes

Die Unterkunft war sauber, leicht zu finden und die Suite hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war modern, gepflegt und insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlagensteuerung in der Suite war defekt bzw. ein Knopf fehlte, wodurch sich die Anlage nicht richtig bedienen ließ. Außerdem war der Check-in an der Rezeption enttäuschend: Nach längerer Wartezeit sagte die Mitarbeiterin, sie sei “sofort wieder da”. Nach 3–5 Minuten kam sie zurück, um uns lediglich mitzuteilen, dass wir uns bitte bei ihrer Kollegin erneut anstellen sollen.
