Das Hayatt Düsseldorf rechtfertigt den hohen (Messe) Preis nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ca. 20Min (zu Fuss) von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei Sorgen entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Im Zimmer das laute Brummen der Klimaanlage und man konnte sie nicht abstellen. Ich habe in der Nacht noch ein Ersatzzimmer (für eine Nacht) bekommen. Am nächsten Tag war die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet. Hinzu kam, dass die Lichter im Zimmer geflackert haben und wurden trotz Reklamation nicht gewechselt. War etwas nervig wenn es die ganze Zeit blink, blink macht.

top Tage! Gute Zimmer, top Service! Frühstück richtig Klasse, tolle Auswahl, Qualität und Geschmack! Kaffee/Cappuchino leider nichts :-( (Siebträger würde zum Gesamt Niveau passen)

Pros:

Rooms are modern and spacious and luxurious. The quaility of accessories or coffee, soap, etc etc is far better than the competitors. I am not naming them, but Hyatt can be next corporate favorite.

Tolles Hotel, Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Check-In dauert lange, Personal in der Bar war etwas überfordert.

Check-In dauerte sehr lange da zunächst noch kein Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie zur Verfügung stand obwohl wir zur vom Hotel bestätigten Zeit vor Ort waren, schade. In einem Hotel mit diesem Standard eigentlich nicht sehr gut.
