Saubere Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal, ideale Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Sauberes Zimmer. In der Nähe ist ein riesen Walmart, Tankstelle, etc., ideal für die Selbstversorgung vor einer Tour, etc. Nur ca. 20, 30 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Ideal nach der Ankunft aus Deutschland, wenn man mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist und eine saubere Übernachtung braucht.

Cons:

Eigentlich alles schick. Allerdings sollte man vielleicht nach einem Zimmer auf der Rückseite fragen. Zur Vorderseite hin ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, auf dem nachts bisweilen Trucker halten und ihr Aggregat laufen lassen.

Friendly staff but accommodations were not as expected

The location was good. The staff was polite

Cons:

The walls were so thin we could hear the people next door. At 2:00 a.m. we had several men that came home from the bars and were so loud they woke our entire family up. I have to go outside and tell them to please be quiet as we had a competition early in the morning. Also, the body wash was clogged and there was no staff to replace it. We have to use shampoo to wash ourselves with. The third thing was that there was no working phone in our room. I was told there was no maintenance person to look into it. I felt it was a safety issue

Our State was really good. We slept great beds and pillows are so comfortable and we will be back again.
Pros:

The rooms were nice. There was plenty of room inside. They were clean and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Very nice people, and the Continental breakfast was very good.

Cons:

People who stay at the hotel need to be mindful of their cigarette butts, put them in the designated locations that the hotel has for cigarette butts

Excellent stay—we would definitely come back!

The hotel was in a great location, and everything was very clean, especially the bathroom. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a great hotel for our family.
