Awesome experience and beautiful view and atmosphere nature. Nice place to distress.
Pros:

The welcoming by the staff and their restaurant staff were so warm and friendly. Amazing people it seems as they are from the same mother smiling greeting. Awesome time.

Cons:

I think they just need to look into their head boards they have scars n changed the colour either than that all was well. Cleaners so approachable. Emihke from the recep9did a great work for welcoming us.

Bad Manager for a restaurant, need someone who is more friendly and accommodating

Cons:

All was good, until our last night, on Wednesday braai, wife was not well, toothache, the floor manager was not accommodating, won't allow my wife to take her meal and eat later after taking pain tablets, otherwise the staff was wonderful

Never returning.
Pros:

I skipped breakfast because I was rushing to work and location is fine, views are great.

Cons:

My partner was dropping me off at work to come back, have breakfast and a slow morning but we were not allowed outside of the premises unless we check out and get some pass out thing. It was frustrating trying to communicate this to the staff and we opted to just leave.

An amazing tranquil getaway
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Jozini! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the dam.

We booked the half-board option, and the quality and variety of the food exceeded our expectations. Each evening there were different dishes to choose from, which kept every meal interesting and enjoyable.

The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating options. The deck by the swimming area was a highlight and provided a beautiful space to relax. I also enjoyed a few treatments at the spa. While it may not offer a luxury five-star spa experience, it provides excellent value for money. The cocktails were also delicious!

Cons:

The only downside was the fishing area at the jetty. We spent much of our time there hoping to catch some fish, but there was no shade, only two broken chairs, and the nearest bathrooms were dirty. There was also a noticeable amount of rubble around the area, which detracted from what could otherwise be a fantastic fishing spot.
