Bene ma studiate un minimo di inglese!

La colazione non è una colazione, è colazione-pranzo -merenda-cena, c'è di tutto e di più, solo che uno non può mica mangiare tutta quella roba appena sveglio! Per fortuna sono stati abbastanza elastici quando ho chiesto di potermi portare via quello che avrei mangiato per mangiarlo più tardi, perché io non posso mangiare appena sveglia.
Ottima la dimensione della camera, quasi una suite.

Cons:

Nessuno parlava bene l'inglese: trovo assurdo che un hotel a 4 stelle con centro congressi il personale non parli inglese. Il personale che serviva le colazioni non conosceva nemmeno il nome del cibo che stava cucinando: l'addetta alle uova non conosceva la parola egg, per dire. Mi sembra un po' troppo... Anche al bistrot: niente menu in inglese, incomprensione totale, ci si basa solo sulle foto per ordinare. Non ho capito perché i corridoi erano sempre al buio.

Dann kommst du in dein timemer Zimmer und absolut katastrophal.
So altbacken habe ich noch nicht erlebt!
Katastrophal die Zimmer und Geräte in den Zimmern, Möbel uralt.
Morgens aber ein königliches Frühstück 😘das war da beste vom ganzen Haus.
Ich würde nicht mehr dort übernachten. Schade weil ich jahrelang dieses Haus mit nicht leisten konnte.
Ich weiß jetzt aber warum diesesmal 🤮🙈

Mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt trotz guter Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage zum Flughafen und Meer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

unfreundliche Rezeption, Schimmel im Bad, allgemeiner Sauberkeitszustand, extra Bezahlung für Outdoor Pool (50 Euro für 3 Personen / Tag), Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen

Wir mussten während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals das Zimmer wechseln:

1. Erstes Zimmer: Die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig und hatte ein Leck. Die Beleuchtung am Eingang funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Außerdem hatte die Bettwäsche Flecken.
2. Zweites Zimmer: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Aus der Anlage kam zudem ein unangenehmer, komischer Geruch. Die Wände waren nicht sauber und voller Flecken, vermutlich von Insekten.
3. Drittes Zimmer: Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur teilweise, was für uns gerade noch auszuhalten war. Die Wände waren etwas sauberer. Da wir jedoch ohnehin nur vier Nächte gebucht hatten, hatten wir keine Lust mehr, erneut das Zimmer zu wechseln.

The extra costs that you arent told about when you book like use of the pool being an extra 1000tl per person. And the fact the jacuzzi doesnt work. Some of the other facilities are in really bad shape and the steam room for example cant be used as its been made too hot. We also ordered breakfasts to be packaged so we can take them with us when we left at 6.30 for our early flight, all promised, nothing provided. Absolutely shocking service all around. Not a 5 star at all. The shower in our room was terrible, the temp goes hot, then cold, and back and forth.
