Plus jamais , première fois que je suis déçue d un logement
Pros:

Juste la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Piscine pas nettoyée , le fond plein de vert , on n a pas osé se baigner alors qu il y avait 30 degrés , Terrasse sale … bref plus jamais, ne mérite absolument pas les 4 étoiles

Buona posizione a circa 2 km dal centro.

Cons:

Poca pulizia sia delle aree comuni che delle camere. Area piscina abbastanza trascurata compresa la piscina. Camere con tutto il necessario ma da ristrutturare.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect and loved the swimming pool

Cons:

The room was ok but the walls needed some paint refreshed and the bathroom had some lights that didn’t work. No kettle in the room or water in the mini fridge. At the breakfast which it was from 7am-10am on my last day I was last person to have breakfast and I noticed the waiter starting cleaning the coffee machine at 9.45, 15 minutes earlier and I could have had another coffee but I could see she was in a rush to close the buffet and start cleaning in advance.

Pros:

Nice and clena hotel and well maintained, also the location

Cons:

Breakfast needs to be improved especially the coffee which was terrible. Bar facilities needs improvement

Good for a short stay or an overnighter.
Pros:

Location. Is excellent , parking for motorbikes is great. Room was clean and comfortable .

Cons:

Breakfast was basic, and quality of the eggs and sausages was poor, no bacon and the bread wasn’t very fresh .

Una delusione da rivedere le 4 stelle S con cui viene pubblicizzato
Pros:

Gli spazi esterni e la piscina con il parco sarebbero validi, purtroppo la manutenzione lascia molto a desiderare e non è all'altezza di una struttura da 4 stelle S.

Cons:

La struttura e le camere hanno necessità di una profonda ristrutturazione. Mobili segnati dal tempo, cerniere degli armadi logorate, frigobar completamente vuoto, phon in bagno guasto, scarsità di accessori in camera (es. assenza di scendiletto o pantofole di cortesia). Colazione con prodotti confezionati e mancanza di prodotti locali.

Camera spaziosa e hotel veramente ottimo in tutto
Pros:

Ottima colazione, e buon servizio bar. La piscina molto bella anche se non si è utilizzata.

Cons:

Festa di compleanno in piscina a musica alta che un pò disturbava, ma alla fine erano ragazzini di 18 anni e va bene cosi, anche loro hanno il diritto di festeggiare

Ottimo Hotel per visitare Ragusa e dintorni
Pros:

Ottima la posizione per dedicarsi alle stupende zone da visitare come le citta di Ragusa, di Modica o la riserva naturale di Vendicari. Bella ed apprezzata la piscina. Completa la colazione
