The pool was clean

The pictures are not anything like the motel. The are big time photo shopped. The ice machine was broken. There is no room service. The place is old and in need of many updates. The pool was clean but the furniture around it was very old.The clothing rack almost fell off the wall with no weight on it at all. The laundry room was disgusting.i wish I would not have booked this place. I was totally shocked when I saw it compared to the picture on the site. I would not recommend staying here at all. There are really nice places in the area cheaper than what we where charged.

Le bras zéro.prés de la piscine. Mont Washington à proximité ainsi que de plusieurs restaurants.

Cons:

Propre mais odeur d'humidité dans la chambre et plancher en mauvais état. Bon emplacement mais la route est très passante.

The pool and pool area was very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled heavily of urine. The ice machine was out of order and we couldn’t get more than a few channels on the tv. Couldn’t find a room phone to call the desk.

Such a positive experience this is the fourth year our family has been back!
Pros:

We love the staff and how accommodating they were to our family. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and and location was perfect!

Great place to stay with a family and the price was reasonable, would def consider coming back!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my daily of 6 was comfortable and when I asked if they had a pack n play available they went above and beyond to provide one personally just so my youngest (1yr old) had a safe place to go in our room.

Cons:

Could be a tad cleaner, few stains, spiders in the shower and the water faucet in the tub didn’t have a screw so the handle came off but all little things.
