Pros:

La excelente atención y profesionalidad del personal. La piscina a una muy buena temperatura.

Pros:

The big balconies, the decor, the light and airy feeling of the rooms and corridors. Very minimalist

Cons:

The Indigo sign shone into our room all night. Not pleasant with bright lights shining in.

Hotel y playa excelentes. Opciones de comida al medio día podrían mejorar.
Pros:

La playa que está ahí mismo, es preciosa. Me gusta que es un hotel relativamente pequeño, por lo que no se siente saturado ni la playa ni la alberca.

Cons:

El restaurante El Barco (para desayunos y cenas) es bueno, aunque un poco caro (relación calidad/precio). En cambio el único restaurante abierto durante el medio día deja mucho que desear, tanto con relación a la variedad de opciones, como con respecto a la calidad/precio. Desafortunadamente es la única opción abierta al medio día. Este es el único punto débil del hotel. Por lo demás, es excelente.

My payment included breakfast, however at the hotel we were given a menu and told that we could only choose two items from it. The variety was very limited and the taste was very poor.

Pros:

I’ve been to indigo several times. Actually twice before this current visit. My wife and I have generally enjoyed our trips here so this time we decided to bring my mother and children to visit for the first time. It unfortunately has not been the same experience. We arrived at 11:30 am and checked in. Understandably we know that there is no guarantee that our room would be ready before 3 pm which is the normal check-in time however after waiting around and trying to pass the time until 3 pm, our room is still not ready and they tried downgrading our room in order to get us into a room faster. Not ok. This is not a great start to a weekend trip with the family.

Pros:

We were told they had day pool passes we showed up with our kiddos ready to swim all excited, and they were not at all accommodating, said “oh nope we use to but we don’t anymore.” Then literally went silent and wouldn’t answer any other questions. Talk about rude. We’ve spent thousands at the marina for our super cat and am shocked this is how they treat us. We won’t be using their services in the future. For being in the hospitality business they sure missed the mark, and this is not how we’ve found any other parts of Mexico. I’d suggest going elsewhere.
