The room had a fridge, microwave and cutlery which was very much appreciated.
The stairs to get to and from my room plus it had a bath with shower over. It needs a non slip mat and was hard to get in dew to the large glass screen not good for elderly people.

the view was great, it was clean which i appreciated and they had put the heater on for me so was warm when I arrived. It was a great location too, only 5 to 10 mins down to lake front and into town
Thought it was abit odd that for a motel that cost as much as it did to ask you to take your rubbish and also do your dishes and if theres any bodily fluids on the sheets they will charge you $90 cleaning fee!!, I thought that was pretty odd to be written into their rules. It wouldve been good to have instructions on how to turn the gas fire place off and on again as I had never used one before, there were instructions for the air con so why not the gas fire, I was bit nervous the gas was still on as it kept making a noise for a few minutes after i turned it off. There was a bit of a noisy vent outside my room on the balcony, i kept hearing a noise but didnt work out what it was until the next day.
They upgraded me to the room with a view and kitchen so review is for that. View is amazing and the room is clean and comfortable. Fire for warmth in the winter. Very well equipped kitchen that can make full meals.
Slightly out of town up a hill but this is actually better in a way since away from the busy downtown.

The view was AMAZING, had a beautiful fireplace , the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and pressure awesome. And a very short walk to town. Barely used our car. Loved our stay.
There was nothing not to like. Was disappointed our fireplace had a problem and stopped working but the staff were straight onto it. It was just unfortunate it wasn’t fixed before we left.
Beautiful view, great location, walking distance to town. Room has all the comforts of home.
