Convenient location, tidy rooms and facilities
The walls of the room felt like cardboard, we could hear the people in the apartment next to us. The corridor door was too loud and would jolt us out of our sleep. The hinting to do most of our housekeeping or face a cleaning fee was unexpected and not what we’d expect when paying for accommodation facilities such as this.

Room had a locked access door to link to the neighboring apartment. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly, and I assume they could hear my loud snoring.

The room was incredibly clean! And getting a full clean service, with fresh sheets twice during our stay was extra nice. The property is kept in very good condition and what a beautiful view. We were very very happy with our whole stay! Bed was comfy, maybe slighty on the firmer side for me personally.. but was not an issue i still slept well. Parking was limited if you come in late, however the whole time we were able to get a spot. Walk into town was easy and short. Bit of a hill on the way back up. Thank you for a beautiful stay!
nothing loved it all. Maybe that there was no smart TV in the bedroom space... only in the lounge area.
Shower wasn't good
Great view of QT, the lake and the remarkables. Ample parking. Unit well appointed with everything needed. Very comfortable beds!
Safe. Parking availability. 10 minute walk to the city Center. Staff were ready friendly and tried to be accommodating.
A little dated. Constant water running noise which interrupted sleep. Certain areas in this repair such as: toilet flushing mechanism did not work properly, basin plug did not seal.
Even though somebody was sent to have a look there was no attempt to actually make repairs.
sealing attempts around the bath and shower were not very good and were unsightly.
Cleaning and vacuuming was only done once in the week that we were there which is unhygienic and disappointing.
