Very very very bad hotel. Rooms are small, no place to place bag even. Rooms service sucks . After 5 no service.
Only rooftop restaurant .Online booking staff name may be ali very nice behavior . All other staff are so rude
Отличный персонал, сотрудники Али и Махфуз большие молодцы как в целом весь персонал.
Странные правила отеля относительно гостей, за няню для ребенка, которую мы сами нашли и оплатили её услуги, отель попросил доплатить 25€ за то, что бы няня могла находиться в нашем номере.

Номера достаточно комфортные, рядом с набережной, где место посадки на речные трамвайчики. Хороший ресторан внизу у отеля.
Скудные завтраки и местоположение в не очень презентабельном месте.

Nu se deschidea un geam ,dar nu era chiar important! Oricum daca-l tineam deschis era galagie de afara noaptea .
La vista y la ubicación, he ido varias veces a Estambul y repito la estancia en este hotel
