Onbeleefd personeel !!
Pros:

Het Ontbijt was zeer goed en locatie waar ontbijt werd gehouden. Boven op het hotel met prachtig uitzicht over hele Istanbul en vooral het water. Dit moet ik toegeven, het was prachtig.
En wat we nog beviel waren de bedden. Heel comfortabel.

Cons:

Waar zal ik beginnen !! Vooral nacht medewerker was verschrikkelijk, heel onbeleefd en asociaal. Hij heeft ons zelf uitgescholden. Hij wist niet dat ik beetje Turks taal kende, vandaar dat ik wist dat het uitschelden was. Wat een verschrikkelijk vent. Hierdoor kregen we woordenwisseling. Ik vroeg wat zijn naam was, omdat hij geen naamplaatje droeg in de nacht. Bij het aankomen groette hij zelfs niet. Ik heb formulier in Hotel ingevuld hoe ik hierover denk. Ben benieuwd of ze gaan vragen wat er gebeurt is. En aan een andere heb ik gevraagd om Taxi te bellen voor ons, maar hij zei je kan zelf op straat eentje aanhouden en vragen waar je naar toe wilt. van een 4 sterren hotel had ik meer hulp verwacht. Dit is naar mijn mening geen 4 sterren hotel, absoluut niet. Ik zou zeggen tussen 2 en 3 sterren. Medewerkers aan de balie beneden zijn niet echt klant gericht. Medewerkers op het dakterras en ontbijt zijn heel heel lief, omgekeerd wereld.
Ik moet wel toegeven, de manager Ali ons goed geholpen heeft met andere kamer, wegens extra persoon bij boeken. Was niet gepland.
Waarom zeg ik geen 4 sterren hotel : interieur is heel oud en de kamers zijn best klein. Alles is wel functioneel.
Aan de manager gericht: bekijk de camera beelden !!

We chose this hotel for its location and the views. Both are outstanding.
The rooms are cleaned every day and bottled water is provided for tea and coffee.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of an update. We stayed in a panoramic double room which was actually a triple. The double bed was narrow and short and one side had no bedside table which was annoying. The curtains were not wide enough to close over the entire window. The airco worked but made a lot of noise. There is a lot of noise from outside too (metro, traffic, people, etc.) but that comes hand in hand with the location. It kept us awake or woke us up. We did not sleep well at all.

Pros:

Все очень комфортно , локация , вид из окна просто потрясающий , персонал очень доброжелательный . Рекомендую этот отель .

Cons:

Все комфортно , качественное хлопковое постельное белье , полы чистые , прям до блеска, в номере все есть ( фен, кондиционер, утюг мы попросили на ресепшен и нам его через пять минут принесли ) персонал очень комфортный .

Pros:

L’emplacement et le restaurant .Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont servis au 10e étage avec une vue magnifique sur Istanbul. Très bon repas servi le soir.
Hôtel très propre avec linge changé quotidiennement.
Nous sommes venus à neuf pour fêter les 80 ans de ma maman et avons réservé plusieurs chambres.
Nous sommes restés cinq jours et ne regrettons pas, c’était super..

Cons:

Nous avons réservé quatre chambres l’une d’entre elles était plus bruyante.
Le Directeur, Ali, n’a pas hésité à changé pour une meilleure exposition . un grand merci.
