Front desk staff was really nice

Breakfast was not good and my son found a long black hair in his eggs
Bathroom was not clean when we arrived their was dried pee on the back of the toilet seat
Their we stains on the comforter (. We took them off and used blankets we brought)

The price and location were great.
The beds weren't very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was low.
Not within their control, there was a terrible storm that came through. No electricity or ac and no backup generator. The hot tub water was literally yellow as if it had been urinated in. The wrong hours were posted on the pool. The reason I chose that location was for my grandson to have an indoor swimming pool. It says open 24 hrs. So we're up at 6 as usual, no electricity, pool wouldn't be open until 9 am. Try telling that to a 4 year old standing at the desk with his floating on. Wait over 2 hrs. I definitely will never be going back.

Didn’t allow me to have a late check. I waited almost about 45 mins to check in because only 1 person was at the desk.
Very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome.
Location
Room smelled very bad and had no WiFi only local tv channels. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all.
