stay was good and clean and my family enjoyed it
Pros:

It was a good stay. we loved the pool and hot tub and the room was nice and clean and roomy for my family. it was close to the zoo and was nice to hang out and watch tv.

Cons:

we werent able to take breakfast to the room which wasnt acceptional due to me having little kids. so we didnt end up trying breakfast. the coffee was very good though.

Me and my children arrived pretty late. The lady at the front desk was very kind and breakfast was really delicious.

Location was great. Staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

There was only one elevator, and that is my only complaint

Cons:

Room smelled mildewy and the AC was not on. Another guest was at the front desk with a bloody pillowcase that was left when they checked in their room and that freaked out my kids.

A good hotel, clean and organized. But the jacuzzi wasn't clean.
Pros:

Very good!

Cons:

When we tried to use the jacuzzi. The water was stinking and dirty. My husband went in for a few seconds and left stinking of dirty and rotten water. We rented this hotel room already thinking about using the jacuzzi. But we left frustrated.
