Vriendelijk personeel.
Prijs kwaliteit was goed in verhouding.
Locatie was leuk omdat we recht op het station uitkeken. Dus er was leven in de tent. Maar vooral het personeel was super vriendelijk. En gewoon goede hotel kamer voor deze prijs. Niks wat me niet bevallen is.

Cons:

Kan niks bedenken. Kunt van alles noemen maar het gaat er uiteindelijk om de prijs kwaliteit verhuoding. En daarover is niks te zeggen. Voor mij een dikke 10. Zou zo terug komen.

Très bon choix de thé au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Peu de choix de pain au petit déjeuner. Ça manque d'une baguette bien fraîche et d'une banane.
Plus de fruits différents dans la salade de fruits p.ex. melon, ananas...

Tolle Lage und toller Service mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Komfort

Unschlagbare Lage: Das Hotel liegt absolut perfekt direkt am Bahnhof in Luxemburg. Trotz der zentralen Lage war vom Straßen- und Zugverkehr draußen absolut gar nichts zu hören – die Fenster isolieren hier hervorragend!

Hervorragender Service: Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonders schönes Detail: An der Rezeption stehen kostenfrei aromatisiertes Wasser und Kekse für die Gäste bereit – eine sehr nette Geste zum Wohlfühlen.

Ambiente & Frühstück: Die Zimmer sind wirklich hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück konnte überzeugen: ein gutes, leckeres Angebot für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Cons:

Hellhörigkeit im Innenbereich: Während der Außenlärm perfekt abgehalten wurde, sind die Zimmer intern leider gar nicht schalldicht. Man konnte wirklich alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören, was die Privatsphäre und den Schlaf etwas stören kann.

Ausstattung & Bad: Im Badezimmer gab es ein paar kleine Schönheitsfehler, die man mit minimalem Aufwand hätte reparieren können. Zudem fehlte auf dem Zimmer ein kleiner Kühlschrank (Minibar), was gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten praktisch gewesen wäre.

Luksemburg tren garının hemen karşısında, otobüs duraklarının hemen önünde. Konumu mükemmel diyebilirim. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve yardımcılar.

Cons:

Gece belli bir saatten sonra göçmenler nedeniyle ortam biraz tehlikeli hale geliyor o yüzden çok geç vakitlerde otele dönmemekte fayda var. 3 kişilik odalarda otelin kliması direk yatağa vuruyor ve hava yönlendirmesi yok. Ayrıca pencere açmak otelin konumu ve havaalanına yakın olması nedeniyle de imkansız çok ses oluyor.
