Me encanto el hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal, super amables y dispuestos a solucionar nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

Realmente no tiene mucho que ver con el hotel pero ellos pueden establecer planes para mitigar y es el hecho que había mucho polvo dentro del hotel en sillas y áreas de estar, sobre todo en las terrazas, esto debido a las obras en la vía.
Reiteró que sería bueno que implementen estrategias para mejorar el aspecto visual del hotel.

Pleno centro con piscina
Pros:

El personal es de lo más amable, la piscina es un puntazo para remojarse con el calor de Santa Marta. Las camas son cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona fenomenal. Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

No hay variedad de frutas en el desayuno. Y todos los días es el mismo desayuno. Las arepitas sabían demasiado a masa.
Para prender la luz del baño quedaba muy lejos, afuera al lado de una cama, por lo que me tenía que estirar mucho para encender o apagar o montarme encima de la cama. Era incómodo.
Los tomas al lado de las camas eran muy anchas para cargar los celulares, se conectaba y se caía el cargador. No encajaba bien. Quedaba suelto.
