Très bel hôtel dans un cadre superbe
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique. Bel emplacement, personnel très sympathique, chambre confortable et spacieuse, une vue superbe, piscine naturelle très belle et agréable après une journée de visite ! Bref un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel que je recommande vivement !

une très belle base pour la découverte de l'Auvergne
Pros:

belle localisation, super piscine naturelle, lieux un peu datés mais hôtel plein de charme et mené avec tenue et pourtant de façon familiale

Cons:

Sans que ce soit une réelle gêne, l'âge des parachèvement dans les chambres et salles de bain est clairement perceptible.

Beautiful views, crazy chef.
Pros:

The location was wonderful - the views from the pool and the restaurant were beautiful.

Cons:

One member of staff in the restaurant behaved in quite an unsettling manner. I wanted to check that I had the right dish when it arrived, as I thought my fish looked like salmon, not the trout I had ordered, and the chef got really offended and angry, bringing me the raw fish to show me and returning several times to lecture me on the differences and even challenging me on the way I looked at her. It was really hard to enjoy my meal after this. I truly hadn’t intended to cause offence.

Un lieu magnifique et reposant
Pros:

Magnifique endroit , très reposant ; l’accueil est très sympathique et à l’écoute, le petit déjeuner frais, varié et avec du très bon pain . La piscine naturelle est très agréable et de belle taille . La literie est de qualité ainsi que le linge .

Cons:

Un peu déçue par la chambre qui ne correspondait pas à la photo de booking ( l’offre n’est pas clairement détaillée entre vue montagne et standard), un simple rideau entre la chambre et les toilettes et située près de l’ascenseur. Mais la gentillesse de l’équipe et la magie du lieu ont largement compensé la déception !
